Super friendly staff and great experience!
The address given is admin/office where they'll ensure Disclaimers are signed and issue 'boarding pass' but the actual boat dock is a separate location. Boat loading is at - 1100 N Bay Club Dr, Manteo, NC 27954
It's ~10 min drive from office location. So plan accordingly and be at office location 40-45 minutes before scheduled time - specifically on crowded/heavy-traffic summer weekends.

We used this company for parasailing and wave runners. They shorted us on our paid time for the wave runners.
They are also a very disorganized company. The left hand does not know what the right hand does. They make promises and do not keep them. I would NEVER go back here. Pick the place across the street from them instead in Nags Head.

Hey Scott,
Your group received the entire hour you rented for. There was no promise made by anyone that we would tell your group when to switch. As soon as your mother asked us to, we called your group in. I offered your group more time at a later date (which I did not need to, as you completed the whole hour you paid for) your group did not want to take the time.

Spent the morning parasailing and jet skiing with our three kids ages 8-13. We all loved our experience! Our parasailing guides were especially helpful and kind! The jetski area is huge and open, which allowed us to really enjoy the time!

I was a bit of a nervous Nelli at first but the team was so thorough, professional and prepared both my husband and I had an absolutely amazing time! The Captain, Matt, was excellent and had been doing this for 40 years and his mate, Connor, was also so much fun. They each had instructions and funny stories to tell, Connor did a great job on the photo pkg. It really was a pleasure going with them and we would do it again in a heartbeat!❤️

This was my 10 year-old son’s first time parasailing. Captain Matthew and Connor were very friendly and funny. It was a great experience. Viator did not communicate that you check in and sign waivers at one dock location and then you must drive 3 1/2 miles to another dock to get on the boat.
