I had the best time jet skiing in the sound! It was my first time and I was all for it until I got out in the water. I thought about turning back because I didn’t like the feeling of being so far from shore. However, I quickly got over it as I started to gain speed and feeling free and relaxed as I sailed over the water faster and faster. I became very comfortable out in the water and didn’t want the time to end. That hour sure did fly by so fast!! This is a “must do” activity if you love being out in the water!! The people that work there were so nice and helpful. The lady even loaned me a strap to hold my glasses on my face so I could see out on the water.

We did the jet ski 30 minute ride. We wish we would have done the hour ride. It was well organized. The people running it were friendly and gave good instructions for us, as we were first time riders. Great job!!

Excellent!! The water was very calm, and the riding area was massive. The machines were clean and well maintained, and the staff was so quick and courteous.
Highly recommended, especially if you’ve never ridden before.

Terrible experience. Terrible communication from Causeway Watersports who advised us not to get too close but never said we would be thrown out if we were idling within 100 feet of each other. Total waste of money.

I can only assume you are holding a grudge because you didn't follow the well stated rules, that you have all ready publicly admitted to breaking. So again we are sorry you felt you were an exception to the rules we have in place. Unfortunately we take our rules and business very seriously. We you can take this as a learning experience, and realize rules are set in place for a reason, and hope you are able to adhere to them in the future.
It was fun but would've been nice to be able to stop for min and talk with others felt like we only could go fast and keep going for an hour.. the crew was absolutely wonderful tho very friendly

We have a very strict 100 yard distance rule in place for everyone's safety, and yes with this distance you would be unable to talk. The most common damage that we get, is people at low speeds trying to talk. So for this reason, as well as potential injury, and to not then have to charge you for repairs is why we have the rules that we do.
In the future we do offer a 30 minute rental for those looking for a shorter thrill on the water (the same 100 yard safety distance applies).
We are happy to hear the crew did their jobs in safety aspects, but also in a fun and enjoyable way.
