You need to print your voucher and present to the ticket office. Really easy process though. Venues great, really good atmosphere. Ubers easy to get outside after the game.

Venue is large allow yourself plenty of time for parking and navigation as a lot of streets surrounding the arena are closed during the event.

Better parking instructions, did not know that parking garage was an option and was surprised to have to pay $40 to put car in the field. Then didn’t really understand where to go though folks were helpful along the way.
The game was great as was the stadium.p

I was concerned about buying tickets online but these are tourist tickets sold by Orlando Magic. No issues at all.

They randomly choose the seat for you. In general I would not recommend this because you cannot select seat zone by yourself.

Do not take a bag unless its tiny. Get there early to enjoy the atmosphere. Dress in blue or Orlando Magic gear.

Tickets were waiting for us at the ticket office. Our seats had a clear view of the action but not the big screen over the court as it was obscured. Otherwise it was a great experience

Opting to upgrade to club seats was a decision that unequivocally enhanced our experience, immersing us in comfort and providing a vantage point that kept everyone engaged throughout the game. The energy in the arena was awesome! The club seating not only offered an exceptional view of the action but also provided amenities (i.e. private concessions and bathrooms) that catered perfectly to our needs, making the game day experience seamless and more enjoyable.

It was easy to find tickets. Only t hung is you have to print out the tickets and redeem at the arena. Wish you could get digitals instantly.
