Bonni was exceptional in all ways. She was informative and provided info on Kennedy Space Center and helpful tips to make the experience even more wonderful. I could tell she truly cares about the costumer experience and is dedicated to her job. Her positivity and humor was felt throughout the transportation to and from. Our driver was frood. He always had a smile on his face, was friendly and seemed excited to be a part of the experience. He provided safe and timely transportation. I highly highly recommend using this company and will most definitely use them again.

What an absolutely amazing trip!
We originally booked this trip for 1Apr26 but had to change as Artemis II went up that day (we saw it from Universal rocket) so I contacted Viator to change it and they sorted it straight away so we went a few days later.
The tour guide was brilliant and really informative (advising us to do the bus tour first) and everything ran on time and to schedule!

This was an excellent experience. Bob and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained and had written info of what was the highlights of the Kennedy Space Center.and how long we should spend in each area. The direction made the tour organized and enjoyable

Well organised and comfortable bus transportation that departed Orlando on time. Had no issues with tickets and had a good amount of time to explore the Space Center Complex. The only downside to the day was the 3+ hour wait to get on the included bus tour - we ended up having to skip this completely as it would have taken over 5 hours to do the return trip and we would have missed our bus back to Orlando. It appears this is a known issue and is due to poor management/understaffing of the bus tour at the complex.

Our trip to Kennedy Space Center, which we had booked through Viator, was simply amazing. The bus that picked us up came on time, and pick-up time etc. were clearly provided iso as to not cause any confusion at the end of the visit.
MIKE, our tour guide, was great! He provided detailed information on what to expect once we reached, gave us tips on which attractions were the most popular, and how to make the best use of our time whilst at the center. All in all, we were very satisfied with our trip to Kennedy Space Center. Thank you, Viator and Mike!

Tour guide Bob and coach driver Carlos were amazing! Bob is intimately familiar with the Kennedy Space Center. The Gray Line team was great and I enjoyed the various experiences at the Space Center. Unfortunately I did not get to do the 2 hour Explorer tour that was included with my ticket because the military and NASA were moving an object and had to halt all buses, but I was able to do the free bus tour later in the day.

Pick up location was very easy to locate. Buses were clean and driver was very friendly. The actual space center is amazing, but please know that it takes more than one day to tour. I think we will probably go back another day on our own.

Bonnie (tour guide) and Frood (driver) were the best! The Kennedy Space Center is a great place to go and learn about the US space program. Take the KSC Explore Tour! It is worth the extra cost. Don't miss Atlantis!

Pickups were a bit messy with late people but got to KSC about 0915, guide Oscar suggested a good plan and gave lots of I done each attraction, it was after Christmas so peak-peak so lines got worse as the day wore on and missed 1 big attraction but I had done it 17 years ago so was okay to skip that if I had to skip anything, lots to see and do, we were there to 1645 so a good 7.5hr but it shows how much there is to see and do that even most of the opening hours you can’t see it all

Great all day experience with many hands-on interactive activities for people of all ages. Bring a jacket it was very chilly inside many of the exhibit halls. Maurizio was an amazing guide - giving extremely helpful advice on how to get the most out of the day!! Our driver took us through busy city traffic with ease! Thank you for a great day!

Great day! Very Informative. Grateful to know and learn about Kennedy Space Center. There’s variety of activities to choose. Our Gray Line Orlando bus driver Mauricio is funny and entertaining. He made the trip to Kennedy Space easy.
Adding the Explore Tour is something you should consider booking this tour. Plan your day prior to the day of the tour by watching YouTube videos and reading reviews.

Apart from missing this trip the first time around,the company gladly refunded us,so we could do this trip .We didnt regret it at all. They were easy to deal with,and definetly will use them again Great guide Brad,very good and entertaining, driver,forgotten her name,but she was so lovely and kind.All round great day out,saw aligators,eagles best,and other wildlife.100/100 well done

The KSC Bus Tour was kinda boring, not worth it. Too many pickup and drop off stops along the way, a very long day, lots of walking and tiring

The best fun and educational experience in Florida. Loved it. Viator's bus package made this an easy excusion. So muexcursion there and do it is hard to squeeze it all into one day. We humbly say it makes us proud to see the dedication and accomplishments of our space program. The center also strives to inspire future scientists, engineers and dreamers. Well worth the visit. All the staff throughout the center was very and helpful.

Very good experience to see the Kennedy Space Center in 1 day. My only area to improve to the organization is to delay the exit time when the Center is closed and not 15 min before. Just to take advantage of the time as much as possible.

It was one of the best tours we took in USA with Bonny as Guide. She was wonderful as guide. Bus arrived in time. Excellent driver. Kennedy space center was wonderful. We experienced zero gravity shuttle launch experience and had wonderful times with Astronaut Dr Fred Gregory. US austranaut hall of fame and rocket garden were also memmorable. Tour was an experience of a lifetime. Congratulations to Grayline of Orlando, Bonny and Driver of the tour.
