Bonni was exceptional in all ways. She was informative and provided info on Kennedy Space Center and helpful tips to make the experience even more wonderful. I could tell she truly cares about the costumer experience and is dedicated to her job. Her positivity and humor was felt throughout the transportation to and from. Our driver was frood. He always had a smile on his face, was friendly and seemed excited to be a part of the experience. He provided safe and timely transportation. I highly highly recommend using this company and will most definitely use them again.

Efficient pick up and drop off. Great tour guide who really helped us all using his knowledge of the centre. Good amount of time given.
It was a last minute booking for transport to the Kennedy space centre. Our tour guide Mauricio was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the place. He provided great information on how to see the most attraction. The bus was on time and tour was great.
10:/10!! Highly recommend! Our tour guide Brad was amazing and funny with all kind of random facts. Carlos was our lovely driver! Such a fun day out
Fantastic day out, history of the space programme explained in plain language for all to understand, The simulators were great a most if you visit. Our guide Oscar & driver Carlos were very informative definitely recommended this trip
Kennedy Space Center is an incredible place! We had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute. It’s a fantastic experience for both kids and adults. Oscar was great! Highly recommended!
Tour guide was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I cant remember his name. The person was very knowledgeable.
Excellent trip. Provided really clear info on where to get our pickup. Bus was on time and host guide and driver very welcoming. Talk on the bus was helpful and fun. Info pack was really helpful. We followed the route the guides suggested. Would highly recommend booking this via Viator. Really friendly guides, went smoothly and most amazing experience visiting the place.

The partner company Grayline was great. But Viator was horrible. They showed a pick up point but it wasn’t in Grayline’s system - they were unable to add the update point to the tickets. In addition, they gave incorrect information on things covered within the reservation ( even on the day of ) even though they made it in the first place. Viator created a lot of confusion. Grayline did a good job with the trip- should have booked directly with them.
Great experience- easy booking as the Viator site provides lots of information - also offered good cancellation terms incase plans change - Grey Line were fab, driver was fun and provided lots of information and advice on getting the most out of the Space Centre. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free fun day out in Orlando.
This was a very easy and well organized excursion to see Kennedy Space Center. Bob the guide was very engaging and informative. I would definately recommend trip. Very educational about our space program through the years to current.

Great day out, but pay the extra for the bus tour at Kennedy, well worth the difference in price as you will get to see close up launch areas.

What an absolutely amazing trip!
We originally booked this trip for 1Apr26 but had to change as Artemis II went up that day (we saw it from Universal rocket) so I contacted Viator to change it and they sorted it straight away so we went a few days later.
The tour guide was brilliant and really informative (advising us to do the bus tour first) and everything ran on time and to schedule!

This was an excellent experience. Bob and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained and had written info of what was the highlights of the Kennedy Space Center.and how long we should spend in each area. The direction made the tour organized and enjoyable
The transportation (ride), host and driver were great. The entire trip went as smooth as can be. Would definitely recommend to others.
Well organised and comfortable bus transportation that departed Orlando on time. Had no issues with tickets and had a good amount of time to explore the Space Center Complex. The only downside to the day was the 3+ hour wait to get on the included bus tour - we ended up having to skip this completely as it would have taken over 5 hours to do the return trip and we would have missed our bus back to Orlando. It appears this is a known issue and is due to poor management/understaffing of the bus tour at the complex.
Learned a lot about the history and science behind our space program. So many things to do and see, lots of children so get use to the noise!
Our trip to Kennedy Space Center, which we had booked through Viator, was simply amazing. The bus that picked us up came on time, and pick-up time etc. were clearly provided iso as to not cause any confusion at the end of the visit.
MIKE, our tour guide, was great! He provided detailed information on what to expect once we reached, gave us tips on which attractions were the most popular, and how to make the best use of our time whilst at the center. All in all, we were very satisfied with our trip to Kennedy Space Center. Thank you, Viator and Mike!
Tour guide Bob and coach driver Carlos were amazing! Bob is intimately familiar with the Kennedy Space Center. He provided expert and educational information and suggested ways to get the most out of the day there. Carlos is the smoothest coach driver I’ve ever ridden with. Be aware of what constitue the tour package. We have not received all what we paid for. Frustrating indeed.
The Gray Line team was great and I enjoyed the various experiences at the Space Center. Unfortunately I did not get to do the 2 hour Explorer tour that was included with my ticket because the military and NASA were moving an object and had to halt all buses, but I was able to do the free bus tour later in the day.
Mike and the driver (failing to remember his name) were the bomb. Pick up and drop off were smooth. Space Center was a great experience.
Pick up location was very easy to locate. Buses were clean and driver was very friendly. The actual space center is amazing, but please know that it takes more than one day to tour. I think we will probably go back another day on our own.

Bonnie (tour guide) and Frood (driver) were the best! The Kennedy Space Center is a great place to go and learn about the US space program. Take the KSC Explore Tour! It is worth the extra cost. Don't miss Atlantis!
Pickups were a bit messy with late people but got to KSC about 0915, guide Oscar suggested a good plan and gave lots of I done each attraction, it was after Christmas so peak-peak so lines got worse as the day wore on and missed 1 big attraction but I had done it 17 years ago so was okay to skip that if I had to skip anything, lots to see and do, we were there to 1645 so a good 7.5hr but it shows how much there is to see and do that even most of the opening hours you can’t see it all
