Awesome day. From the pick up the driver gave us a breakfast bag filled with goodie’s. Was very helpful telling us what was going on during the day. The Kennedy space centre experience was wonderful. After the day we were greeted with a cold bottle of water for trip back. The service was fantastic. First class. Great way to visit KSC.

Space station is a must

Deb_J, Mar 2026
The Kennedy Space station is amazing and I highly recommend a visit. I’m not sure that paying the VIP cost was worth it however it’s great if the pick up location is where you are staying. Unfortunately some miscommunication between Viator, Grays and us made our morning pick pup stressful. But as I started with, the space station is definitely worth a visit.

Disappointing tour

Sally_P, Mar 2026
We were not provided bus transport to the space center as they said our hotel was not in their pickup area. I feel we should have been given a refund for that part of the cost of the tour price. The bus driver we met in the parking lot didn’t give us a very good explanation of what was included in our ticket price and we feel we missed out on some of the attractions that were included in that ticket price. It would have been much cheaper for us to have just purchased the tour we got at the gate then what we paid you.

Keep a Quick pace to expedience all major activities. Do Atlantis first before it gets crowded. All other activities are included in the ticket

Kennedy Space Centre day trip

Patricia_B, Feb 2026
Definitely an all day educational and informative event. Maybe a second day might be needed. Too many to see and do in one day. The sim rooms made me feel like I was part of the crew. I felt very privileged to get so close to seeing a rocket (Artemis) on the launch pad. Atlantis and Apollo educational tour was very informative and interactive. Atlantis simulation room, took me to space and back. Red planet simulation room, took me to mars and back. Bonni our all day tour guide was very patient, thorough and very knowledgeable about Kennedy Space Centre history and the surrounding Orlando area. Not forgetting Kenneth our Explorer guide inside the complex, who was equally knowledgeable about the history of Kennedy Space Centre. Daniel the bus driver, took us around the complex very safely, stopping at strategic locations as Kenneth points out places of interest and for photo opportunities.

Excellent experience.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend doing the extra bus tour - you get to see more and get closer to things

This trip was worth it

Shruti_M, Feb 2026
Mau was an enthusiastic guide who took us to and from the Kennedy Space Center and had lots of helpful information on how to make the most of our visit to the Kennedy Space centre. The VIP access for the Explorer tour run by the Kennedy Space Centre to Cape Canaveral was exceptional and made the trip memorable. A minor note that it would be helpful if we could have had an itinerary emailed to us with what specifically to see at KSA after the Explorer tour ( you get 4 1/2 hours) as there are many interesting and worthwhile exhibits to see.

Kennedy Space station. Full day

The park closed 2hrs early which was unexpected so I didn't get to experience everything planned. We had to wait for our driver to come back and pick us up early.

Response from Host, Dec 2025

Thank you for joining us and for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that Kennedy Space Center closed earlier than expected during your visit. Unfortunately, this early closure was not communicated to us in advance, and we only became aware when guests onsite notified our team. We arranged return transportation as quickly as possible, but we understand this impacted your plans and overall experience. We have raised this issue directly with Kennedy Space Center so that any future changes in operating hours are communicated to us ahead of time. While we manage the transportation and service, we rely on their operating schedule, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you would like to discuss your visit or explore options, please reach out to us directly — we would be happy to assist.

Wholly underwhelming, not VIP shuttle service.

Karen_F, Aug 2025
Yesterday, we participated in your Kennedy Space Center Small Group VIP Tour, and I feel compelled to express our deep disappointment. From the outset, the experience fell far short of anything that could reasonably be described as "VIP." To begin with, the group consisted of 11 people, which felt far from a “small group” as advertised. When the driver arrived, there was no welcome or introduction — in fact, on our return, we still did not know his name. Instead, he simply said our surname and immediately informed us — quite rudely — that we could not bring our foldable ECV and stroller, claiming there were no spare seats, despite two visibly remaining empty. As a result, we were forced to rent a wheelchair — the only available option due to the launch — which required someone to push a family member in the intense heat. The journey itself was equally frustrating. At one point, the driver abruptly and dangerously, pulled onto the shoulder of the I-4, hitting all the rumble strips, simply to distribute a “breakfast” consisting of cheese and crackers, some croissants, and a small bottle of Sunny D out of a paper bag. This was not even provided to all passengers — two adults in our group received nothing. It was a good thing that we had purchased a car seat for our two year old on arrival to Orlando after being told they would not provide one (be wary of this is booking for young children). Upon arrival at Kennedy Space Center, the driver shared a few general facts (far from the expert, informative commentary we were led to expect from your information), then handed us our tickets and instructed us to return by 4:45 PM — essentially leaving us to self-navigate the day. At no point did the experience reflect the advertised VIP quality. In reality, this was little more than a glorified shuttle service with a few snacks. On your Viator page, it kept talking about tours, but these did not happen as we were completely unaware of where and at what time. He did not explain the $15 food vouchers (which are not just available on this tour as many others seemed to have them!), so of a party of 6 adults, we missed out on using $75 off as we were not told that only one could be used per purchase. To add insult to injury, he then drove past our hotel to drop off the other group first, despite having a 2 year old in our group. We found the driver to be dismissive and unprofessional, often speaking to the other guests in a different language, the service substandard, and the entire day wholly underwhelming. Based on this experience, we would not recommend your tour to others and feel misled by your advertising.

Response from Host, Aug 2025

Hello Karen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. Our VIP tour is designed to offer a more personalized experience than our standard charter bus option — with smaller group sizes (up to 12 guests), direct hotel pickup, and added perks like a light breakfast and lunch voucher. While the breakfast is meant as a light, on-the-go option, it should have been distributed consistently, and we’ll follow up to ensure this is handled properly moving forward. We understand your concerns regarding accessibility and are reviewing how we better communicate stroller and ECV guidelines prior to travel. Your comments regarding the driver’s professionalism and communication are being addressed with our team, as this does not align with the service standard we expect. Although the Explore Tour is typically part of the day, your group had the rare opportunity to witness a live rocket launch — something many guests consider a once-in-a-lifetime experience — which did influence the day’s itinerary. We regret the confusion surrounding the lunch vouchers and will ensure all guests are briefed more clearly on how to use them. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to making improvements based on your experience.

Give themselves plenty of time to see everything, maybe an extra 45/60 mins in duration. A must is the Atlantis experience and the launch simulation of the shuttle.

Small group RIDE to the Kennedy Space Centre

Phil_C, Dec 2024
My expectation was that this was, as titled, small group vip experience. Though the driver did pick us up in a van and there was a small group driven to the space centre that was where it ended. There was no tour guide and the driver did not enter with us to do any kind of tour. We did have the extra experience to drive to the launch pads and another control centre from 1967 with 30 other people (hardly a ‘small group’). Our driver was very nice and tried to be helpful by giving us a very large laundry list of things to do and see but it was impossible to remember or really have it make sense as we were on the drive. Essentially this is a small group van ride instead of a bus and so if that’s what you want know that that’s all you’re really getting for this price. Added to this we were given 15.00 food vouchers to use for lunch or snacks and though the driver made it very very clear that you do not get change back from the vouchers he did not mention that it was only one voucher per sale. So if you are a family of 4 and order lunch and want to use your vouchers the you would have to order and pay for each of your meals separately. Though I really enjoyed this excursion and I love the space centre I would highly recommend going if you have a love for this kind of thing. I was moved to tears by one of the exhibits and it was amazing and awe inspiring. Really all you need is a ride, this is not any kind of tour…. It is simply a small group van ride to the centre. Take a bus if you want to save some money but go there for the love of space travel.

Great tour

The intensity the passion all of the guides have for their job. The history of the tours are so enlightening even to someone who lived it!

Tour guide Mauricio and Tour 5*. Booking process. 2*

Michael_Z, Oct 2024
Please read through to explain why only 2*.Went on the VIP Tour to Kennedy Space Centre yesterday. Great tour made extra special by Mauricio our tour guide for the day. He was a good driver, very knowledgeable and gave us the best guidance as to how to maximize our day. Great sense of humour and very Customer focussed. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was a much better Ambassador for the Company than the poor service I I got from the booking service. I booked this trip many weeks ago. The pick up details were confirmed immediately. On Sunday 6th they were confirmed and I reconfirmed all details back to them. On Monday mid afternoon, I received an email telling me that my pick up location was not in their area, despite what they advertised and had confirmed 3 times. There no option pick up point cost me an additional $50 return taxi with Uber to get to. Mauricio gets 5* plus but I won't use Grayline again.

If there was a private...

Ryan_F, Aug 2024
If there was a private tour guide into KSC that would enhance the experience. Otherwise, most of the instructions were clear. Also if advance info was provided then we could have planned our experience with more preparations…

Memorable day of all things space…

Jasmine_W, Jul 2024
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We finally got to see the space shuttle Atlantis!

Good and hot

betty_n, May 2024
The Atlantis display and history. The launching of a rocket that was postponed from day before. Needs to be more seating for adults to rest. It is super hot in Florida.

Excellent service by Oscar our driver

The space center attractions were very informative. It was easy to Navigate and the vip bus driver and tour guide was terrific

Fantastic day with great service.

Chris_G, Apr 2024
A full and enjoyable day. Smoothly operated. Great service and enjoyable drive. Nice touch giving the kids astronaut ice cream for the journey back. All round a brilliant day.

Highly recommend

Dawn_W, Dec 2023
The VIP driver Paul was great and helpful. The bus tour was phenomenal. Thank you Margaret and Noble. Meeting an astronaut was the best!

Driver was informative and did a great job getting us to and from the KennedySpace Center.

John_S, Nov 2023
Basically not having to drive yourself and snacks provided along with tickets and everything you need.

Great tour of space history and what is to come.

Luke_B, Nov 2023
Seeing the Shuttle Atlantis was a highlight of the day. Also the Saturn V and Apollo display. Was disappointed that the tour of the VAB and Launch Pads was cancelled. However, understand that it was due to appreciation day for the workers of KSC.

Bait-and-switch

Pearlquan, Sep 2023
The tour itself was pretty good, but pricey. But I had a terrible bait-and-switch experience with this operator. Before I paid, when I was checking with them before my tour I asked to be picked up at one hotel (Disney) and dropped off at another (Universal). No problem they said. So I let the payment get processed. After the payment when they called me to let me know the pick up time they said they would not drop me off at my Universal hotel. (Google maps told me it was 7 min further.) Also if I cancel at this point, I would get no refund. So not a good surprise. Driver did not seem to care at all. I'M NOT GOING TO UNIVERSAL he barked at me. So I think I will never book with them again. I only rated it as high as I did because KSC was quite good. The tour operator gets a zero in my opinion.
