What To Expect
Make your way to the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, a short drive from Orlando, then spend the day exploring this history and future of the United States’ space program.
Get your bearings on the grounds on a guided bus tour of the Kennedy Space Center, including restricted parts of the working spaceflight facility. One highlight of the Kennedy Space Center is an exhibit of the Space Shuttle 'Atlantis,' with interactive experiences that introduce the people behind this important NASA program, the Hubble Space Telescope, and the International Space Station.
Take a turn at the helm, feel what it’s like to float in space, explore a replica of the International Space Station, and more. Every day at the Kennedy Space Center, a real astronaut joins visitors to discuss missions and the personal experience of space travel, and two IMAX theaters help bring space travel to vivid life.
Continue to a Shuttle Launch Experience for a simulation of the space shuttle’s ascent, with a pre-launch briefing by a space commander veteran, then walk the length of the Saturn V rocket that launched some of America’s brave astronauts and honor NASA’s fallen heroes at the 'Heroes and Legends' exhibit featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame®.

There are a lot of simulator experiences, however not everyone can experience these. I felt that while I liked what we did, the price was very expensive for us. We were in the park for 3-4 hours due to this.

I like to see easy to do in one day start with a bus tour. Buy your tickets online save time and potentially money. Fascinating stuff. Worth a visit we did know that it was somewhat dated. Still very good.

Fun from the moment we walked in! Kids enjoyed everything! Such a fun family day! Would highly recommend!!!
Bob_W, Apr 2026
It was amazing. I went early in the day wondering what I will do the rest of the day. I soon found that I was running out of time and didn't get to see everything. This mean a return trip is in order. Highly recommend it to those that love space and everything related.
Laurie_J, Apr 2026
Fabulous experience with so many amazing things to see including a simulator experience. Lines were not long at all.

We visited the Space Center with family from Sweden and they were overwhelmed with the exhibits and so were we. The must sees are the Atlantis exhibit, the Apollo Center, the Heroes and Legends exhibit and the bus tour. We only had one day to visit and we managed to see all the major exhibits
This is a must see and highly recommended.

Atlantis Is a MUST see!! It is one of the greatest attractions we've ever seen. The Apollo/Saturn V experience is amazing. You can also touch the moon.

Didn't realize that I jad to exchange the Viator voucher for a ticket at will call. Consequently, i lost my place in the entry line (where I was 10th in line to get the ticket. That may have been understood by someone who had used your services often, but it was not clear to me. The tour was ok, but overpriced. I toured the Johnson Space Center several years ago and thought it had much more to offer and at what seemed at the time areasonable cost.

Don’t buy your tickets via Viator. It turned out that my tickets were no good because it was a “launch day”. Kennedy Space Center would not refund my money because I purchased through a third party. Viator has been unable to help with this.

Overall experience was educational. There were some buildings that did not have doors that were ADA accessible. My husband had to struggle to get me through the door. Thankfully, some of the other customers helped. Most doors were in ADA compliance, but those that weren’t need to be fixed immediately.

Several items you need to reserve times for and the astronaut experience is something that you need to sign up for and advance. It was sold out.
edward_v, Mar 2026
The facility does not have the resources to handle the crowds. Otherwise, it is very interesting, educational, and entertaining. The space shuttle simulation was awesome!
Natalie_K, Mar 2026
Do not take the bus tour first if you want to see anything else. You stand in line more than anything literally hours.
Richard_K, Mar 2026
If your interest in Space then this place is well worth a visit. Enjoyed the Apollo exhibit and the space shuttle one.
Donna_C, Mar 2026
We did not know to do the bus tour to off-site 2 locations 1st, then do the main site attractions. So we missed the 2 off site attractions.

It is very interesting and interactive
It’s a full day to see everything! Put this on your list of places to see!

We loved our time at Kennedy Space Center, however, if it's a busy day (we went on a holiday), I would recommend buying direct from them and not through Viator. The line at Will Call where you transfer your Viator ticket to a Kennedy Space Center was very long and tedious. If you buy direct, you get tickets on your phone and can skip the Will Call step.
Irene_E, Feb 2026
If you buy via Viator - go to Will Call and obtain your tickets, very easy.
Get to the Kennedy Space Center early and get on the bus tour. Sometimes you can wait up to 75 minutes+ to get on it. We ended up going at the end of the day and then was rushed out at 5:00 pm - our fault - LOL
The park was fabulous - make sure to do the 2 IMAX movies & check out the Mars Experience.
We had a great time!

Kennedy was very worthwhile. I goofed by purchasing through Viator I did not realize the cost included transportation and I drove directly there. I found it less expensive to buy tickets on site. My mistake

Great full day experience. Such history and exciting future! Saw Artemis sitting at the launch pad. Loved the ride and shows. The bus tour is a must!!!!
Bruce_J, Feb 2026
There was a lot I did not know about NASA. Great educational experience for the entire family and relatively close to a number of hotels and restaurants.

I booked this excursion through Viator. The number given for questions was Grayline Orlando. When I called this number the person did not have ANY of my information for my tour. He stated it was a third party booking and he didn’t know what it was. I needed to find out what time we were to meet our tour bus, none of which was given on the Viator information.
I used the Viator chat to find out that the hrs were 9-5 for the KSC. No mention of the tour!
Then, we used the direction to KSC on the Viator site. It took us directly to some sort of employee entrance instead of the front gate. The guard turned us back around. It turns out this is not a complete bus tour. Once you arrive at Kennedy Space Center , you wait in line for a “shuttle” that takes you to two distant locations in the Facility. It runs every 15 minutes all day from 9-5. This was not made clear during booking. Once we do both of those sites on the shuttle, you are completely on your own within the main center. There is much to see here, but no real guidance or direction.
Kennedy Space Center is amazing! The only reason I gave it less stars is that the Viator communication for this excursion was misleading and confusing.
Aileen_W, Feb 2026
The Viator voucher system doesn’t easily translate into tickets at Kennedy Space Center. I had to go to Group Sales and the clerk had to write the Viator information on a pad of paper. Then the tickets were handed over. Good thing it wasn’t crowded on the day we went. But once inside, everything was great.
Olusola, Feb 2026
It was an excellent experience at the Kennedy Space Center. There just wasn’t enough time to see it all l!
russ_s, Feb 2026
This was a fantastic experience for the day. A lot to see experience for the day. If I would to go back I would look into all of the special events for each building that you want to visit and co ordinate this for each building/event
Megan_C, Jan 2026
FANTASTIC time! Great for families. We have a very rambunctious toddler and there was so much to do. The live show was awesome. Would love to come back!
William_P, Jan 2026
The tour and attractions are updated to focus on new projects, like the Artemis program, while showing how much has been accomplished since JFK's speech in 1962. It is time well spent. Plan a very full day.
Maureen_L, Jan 2026
It was an awesome experience. Really need two days to do everything. Got to meet and take a picture with an astronaut. Brought back so many memories growing up with the space program, and excited for the future.
Ross_J, Jan 2026
Learnt how NASA has entered in the private sector,to re launch Rockets into space.Spent over 6 hours, did not cover all of the area.Saw a rocket launch,in Cape Canaveral.Amazing.
L_B, Jan 2026
My partner has always wanted to see the Kennedy Space Center and he was not disappointed and neither was I. We went in January and it was pretty quiet so no long waits in lines. The KSC has done an amazing job in making this interactive, surprising and inspieing worth every penny. Astronauts are heros!!
