New park, clean and nice...
New park, clean and nice wide open spaces. Not a lot of rides but that’s not really the purpose of this park. Innovative food choices for a theme park but pricey. (As all parks are)

Family Day at Universal Studios
Team members were exceptionally helpful. Park was easy to navigate. Lots of attractions for all ages.

Birthday celebration
Easy to use the viator at Universal Studios Guest Services. Although we don’t ride roller coaster, there are things to do at universal Studios and islands of adventure. Might not be the same at Epic since only 6 attractions and entertainment we can do. It’s recommended to download the Universal Studios app

The directions to redeem...
The directions to redeem can be difficult; I would recommend to download the Universal Studios app and link the tickets that way otherwise going to the ticket attendant can make for an awkward experience. Otherwise the parks were fun and clean; I would do 1 park per day since there is a lot to do in one park and hopping around is only good if you want the Hogwartz Express
