We have been traveling for a few years now booking & scratching off our bucket list places ... This one really surprised me. I never expected Niagara falls to be so big! Omg the water coming down on horseshoe was so awesome to see by boat .. close up & personal. We even walked up stairs to get better pictures... This trip completely blew my breath away! From start to finish with our tour guide was awesome... We stopped for coffee & snacks to be on our way... Looking at the beautiful tall green trees & palms... Was just so breath taking! Took so many pictures but put into a book & deleted from phone. This company is so worth it .. been on 3 & going to summit soon in Denver next!
Great experience with this tour guide. Take the hassle out of doing it yourself. Guided tour explaining the history with VP access through the lines. Limited wheelchair access. There’s a lot of walking with stairs. Bring your on ice cold water, and snacks for the 4 to 5 hour tour. Make sure you and the little ones use the restroom when available, they close at 9:45pm before the nighttime fireworks. On the boat ride the top deck is the best, you will get wet. This tour is well worth the price.
Cave of the Winds was absolutely the best part of this tour. Our guide Bob was knowledgeable and funny.

You will get wet. Make sure you ware pool shoes or do like i did and put bags over your shoes. It was great

They charged way too much and we didn’t see the fire works and not the lights too. They made us come quickly to the van not allowed us to see the lights
Awesome experience. Our tour guide picked us up directly from our hotel. He was energetic fun and entertaining. He knew all the tips and tricks for an exciting experience and best views. Even with the gloomy forecast he stayed until time for the nightfall experience and fireworks, which the skies cleared up for just in time. "Jimmy " was fantastic.

Not worth the money. Your operator ended the tour before it was nighttime. This tour was falsely advertised.
It was absolutely amazing! “Uncle Moe” was the best tour guide. He treated us like family. Everyone on the bus became “family”. We laughed and sang “we are family “. The tour its self is fantastic and definitely be prepared to get wet. Take snacks and extra socks. Wear a rain jacket if you have one and Have a blast !
Uncle Moe the tour guide was awesome and the people who were on the bus with me were the best!!!!! I am definitely coming back but next time it will be with more of my family so they can experience this!!! I had a great amazing day!!!

Sharing this trip with my daughter and granddaughter has been the best thing for us. We’ve never had a real vacation since my granddaughter is an adult and this makes this trip very special.
The night was incredible even though it was short lived the lights and the fireworks. Also wasn’t in line for a long time and was able to experience everything with decent time. The tour guides were very nice and understandable with the time we needed to get back to the bus.
Wonderful experience. Barb the tour guide was amazing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Niagara. You see the falls from every angle and learn about the history. Fantastic.

Amazing !!! Everything !!!! From the tour guide to the falls!! Jimmy our tour guide was very knowledgeable and he even took us to an Italian bakery during the day. At night, Uncle Mo was also very knowledgeable and he sang to us! It was so nice. Everyone was nice. Falls were beautiful. Definitely recommend doing this tour. The pickups at the hotel were very convenient as well. Tour around the town a little bit waiting for others. I enjoyed it.
I have to say our tour guide was really knowledgeable. She did a great job getting us to where we needed to be and had great stories to tell as she was doing it. The day/night tour was amazing. We enjoyed every part of it. From the boat ride, to the walking around the falls, to going to the fireworks. I would recommend this tour to anyone. We were picked up at our hotel at 5pm and returned at 10:30. Well worth the money. Thank you for everything "S". Keep up the good work.
Lots of hiking, good for pumping the blood and looking at the beautiful scenery is a plus. The people that visit are very courteous and friendly
Do not book with Viator ! We booked this trip off the basis that they could accomodate us bringing a suitcase and leaving it on the bus as well as being pickers up from a bus stop as we were only here for 1 evening to see the Biafra falls . I then rang 2 times checking this and they said yes that has been confirmed and approved . We then arrive there and I ring the company to check and no this is not allowed and they don’t pick up from the specific location. They then refused to give us a refund as it’s less than 24 hours notice . Over £200 , with a scam through customer service to give false information to fake your money .
We were in NY to celebrate our 50th anniversary and we did the tour to Niagara Falls and the Cave of the winds, it was all amazing first time being there, we loved it, we had a guide tour and the Man’s name was Brady, he was great, we had a very good time, loved it all, I am telling everyone if you have not been at the Niagara Falls it is a must, it is incredible
Would not recommend Chris. He left some people behind at one of the attractions. He was very disorganized. Either new or having a bad day.

The fireworks were more than we expected.
The attractions were wonderful to see. What a beautiful place and it was definitely helpful to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Our guide was very friendly. It did feel very rushed and unorganized waiting on other people. It was truly magical to experience the carb of the winds while the falls were lit up. With the price of the tickets and the tip it seemed to be a bit over priced for the experience as a whole. Overall I am happy with our birthday getaway but probably wouldn’t do a tour again in the future.
The overall arrangements and the wonderful, humorous and knowledgeable Brady our guide made the experience amazing.
