My tour was amazing. My guide was Ricky and he was great. He was well informed and kept it entertaining even helping me find a rainbow in the falls at the end for a good photo. It was my birthday and he made it a great one for me. Highly recommend the tour to anyone

Totally not worth the money it’s not completely open! Very expensive elevator ride down to one deck. I must have missed something in the description that clearly stated this was not fully operational yet. Very disappointing!

Some things were restricted due to the weather but we had a great time still. Our tour guide Rickie was really nice and informative. He gave us some good advice and insight to the area. Also got some great pictures

Our tour was great! Our guide, Brian, really knows his stuff. He told us all about Niagra Falls. A lot of history, which was cool. We went to Luna Island, Terrapin Point and Cave of the Winds. We had a great time!

The information received was to meet at the “Tesela” arch. First time to Niagara use Waze and Google took us to center of Goat island. We arrived 30 minutes early but by the time we asked three different people where the arc was and by the time I called the help number it was five minutes pass the meeting time and we missed our appointed entry. The gentleman I spoke to directed us to go to the ticket station and pay for the tickets and he would give us a full refund which appeared with in the same day. It was a great response and I fully would recommend them again. My recommendation is they clarify the meeting area “in front of the ticket boot by the arc. I saw the arch but no where on the arch it was called “Tesla Arch” Also all maps do not show the arch.

i am sorry about the confusion. We did try and accommodate you despite the issues but were not able to so the only thing we could do was refund your money.

Our guide at the Falls was awesome! The cave experience was a memory I will not forget. I was soaked but I loved it!! Would certainly recommend it.

The tour was cancelled and it was very difficulty to get the tickets from the tour company I expect to be refunded for the tour that was cancelled

Joe was great. He told stories and facts about the falls and surrounding area.
I really like the fact that the tickets were handled and we would not have to wait in a potentially long line to get tickets to the caves. Joe took care of everything.
I would definitely do this tour again.

Our tour guide was Dave. He was very accommodating to our group & listened to our needs ! Also was very knowledgeable on Niagara Falls history. My 14 year old granddaughter enjoyed listening to him tell the stories of the history. He also recommended we should take a drive before we left the area to Whirlpool Park minutes away from the falls. The next morning we got up early and drove over. So worth the drive to see some real beautiful sites. Thank you Dave. We both enjoyed your tour.

Our tour guide Jacob was extremely knowledgable and very entertaining throughout the whole tour! He was very helpful when we were running late he called me to help find my way and he even had extra sunscreen and coins for tossing. We had so much fun💖

The hurricane deck was AMAZING! However, I did not know that it would be a guided tour. The docent was funny and knowledgeable. I will tell friends and family to go directly to the ticket box, and save $26 per person.

The tour beyond the Cave of the Winds was terrific. It gave us so much information about the history and current status of Niagara Falls that it was the highlight of our trip. Our guide Greg was particularly friendly and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday when the crowds are manageable.

terriable!!! i was schedule at 1 we showed up at noon and had to wait till 3 oclock!!!!! 3 hrs of doing nothing with the children!!! never again, wouldve been easier if i didnt use this service and we sent the tour guide away like no we are good dont need someone following us for 4 hrs all together trying tk make something better... horriable service i dont reccommend

Knowledgeable and funny tour guide. This dude had all the info even when we asked crazy questions like how many people jumped off this thing and he's like yeah man 14 people went in a barrel and 9 survived so its pretty good odds. One of those that didn't make it tied an anvil to his legs...so I mean he shouldn't really count against the stats

I always prefer to have an experience with a personal guide. This tour had two guides that were very knowledgable of the history of Niagara Falls. I enjoyed the Caves of the Winds although the some of the red steps and rails were under repair at the time we visited in early April. I think the tour is a great deal I highly recommend this experience.

Pete was an amazing tour guide! Favorite experience was hand feeding birds on three sisters island. The elevator down to the base of the falls was beautiful, and pete was very informative and helpful!
