Christina was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. She also gave us tips for getting around the area and good places to eat. She also took us to a little bakery that was awesome! We had a very good time during the tour and time flew by!

Great tour we really enjoyed it was a bit exhausting at the end of the day so worth it if this is the only tour planned for the day. Rest all day go in the evening it's perfect 👌 our guides Serena was absolutely amazing 👏🏽 🤩

We took the evening tour all inclusive boat ride, cave, goat island, observation deck, lights and fireworks and it was great!

The Niagra Falls tour was all world! Our tour guide was Mark Masters. MARK WAS AWESOME! He gave us a great history lesson of the Buffalo Niagra Falls area before the tour began , At the tour site we were free explore the Falls, He made sure that we got our tickets the Maid of Mist and the Cave of the Winds. We were not rushed . Mark made sure all tour participants were having a good time.

Debbie was a great guide, who took us to the best places to go in Niagara. Well organized trip, got to do the Maid of the Mist, as well as the walk up to the caves and in front of the American and Bridal Falls. The Hurricane Deck was quite the experience. Nice if you want someone else to take you to the best places without worrying about missing anything.

Be prepared to walk all day with no bathroom or rest breaks. You will only get 20 minutes to eat lunch, find a restroom and shop. Don't be late or Chris will talk bad about you while you wait. He did not stop to let anyone rest. My husband couldn't go on any further and he just told him to go find a bench in rhe park to sit. Then he didn't bother to check on him and just expected him to be back at the bus when we were done. Then he go upset about going to get him. He was the guide and the only one who knew where to go. When we saw a government official on the boat with us and pointed it out he told us to keep it non political and kid friendly. Then he proceeded to talk about his high school friend who was on Crack that committed suicide over the falls. And complained about how stupid teacher are racking up debit just to teach people like hide does. And how stupid people are who don't believe in global warming. The only teaching he did was from the signs on the wall. Not family friendly and was one of the hardest days I have ever had on vacation.

I am very disappointed with our Niagara Falls tour experience.
My family traveled all the way from Costa Rica, and we were so excited for what we thought would be an unforgettable experience. While our tour guide was friendly and polite, the tour itself felt extremely rushed from beginning to end.
The guide walked at a very fast pace the entire time, with little consideration for the group, including an older family member who had difficulty keeping up. We had almost no opportunity to stop, admire the views, or truly experience Niagara Falls. There was barely any time to take photos, enjoy the scenery from different viewpoints, or simply appreciate such a beautiful place. We were only given about 30 minutes for photos and restroom breaks, which was nowhere near enough.
We also stopped at a bakery, but we were rushed so much that we had to eat our snacks on the bus because there wasn’t enough time to sit and enjoy them.
Another major disappointment was the food voucher. The website clearly stated that a food voucher was included. When I asked the guide about it, she told me it was only a 10% discount at a Chinese or Indian restaurant. That is not what was advertised on the website. The information provided to customers should be accurate, and I felt misled.
I paid for this tour expecting to enjoy the experience, not to spend the entire day rushing from one place to another. Niagara Falls is a destination that deserves time to appreciate, and unfortunately, we never had that opportunity.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this tour. I would appreciate a response from your company regarding my concerns and an explanation about the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was actually provided

We had uncle moe as our guide and driver he was nice and got us to our activities on time. This trip gets you up close to everything no worries about parking no worries you might not see everything best money I spent picked us and dropped us off

This was perfect! Our driver for the tour was the Brian brigade! He was informative and entertaining.. He even offered to help us with any other things during our stay just give him a text.. our evening driver was such a sweet lady and watched the fireworks with us! Anyone needing a tour this is it!
