Such a great experience! Our tour guide Sunny was amazing! He really made the trip! Niagra falls was wonderful but without Sunny it just would have been Niagra Falls. He spoke encouraging words over my child that she will remember for the rest of her life. What a blessing He was to her. Thank you for such an amazing tour experience! We will never forget it!

The tour never took place. It seems Viator sold me an experience that didn't exist. It might be a good tour unfortunately Viator needs to get there actually together.

I joined this tour with friends, and we were all really disappointed. The guide showed up 45 minutes late, and instead of trying to make up lost time, he kept us sitting on the bus talking about himself and even singing to certain guests. At every stop, we spent more time waiting on the bus than actually enjoying the attractions. When we finally got to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, we felt rushed because so much of the day had already been wasted sitting still.
Another issue is that this tour doubles as a hotel shuttle service. If you drive yourself to the pickup spot, you’ll end up riding around while everyone else gets dropped off, which added even more time to an already long day. The whole thing took five hours, when visiting on your own would have only taken about two. For $130 per person, this was a huge letdown. The attractions themselves are amazing, but you’re much better off skipping the tour altogether and going on your own or using Uber or Lyft.

This tour was not worth the $130 per person. The guide arrived 45 minutes late, and when we called, we were told not to worry because “the tour doesn’t start until he gets there.” That’s not acceptable when travelers have limited time. Once on the bus, instead of making up time, the guide spent another 15 minutes parked talking about himself and singing to guests, which only added to the delay.
The problems continued throughout the day. Rather than using drive time to share information and then letting us explore, we spent long stretches sitting on the bus stationary while the guide talked, asked questions, or answered his phone. As a result, when we finally got to the main attractions, we were rushed because so much of the schedule had been wasted waiting on the bus. It felt like we spent more time listening to the guide than actually experiencing Maid of the Mist or Cave of the Winds.
It’s also important to know this is basically a hotel shuttle service. If you drive yourself to the pickup point, you’ll end up being the last one dropped off, which adds even more wasted time. What should have been a two-hour experience turned into a five-hour ordeal. The attractions themselves are incredible, but you’ll have a much better experience (and save money) by visiting on your own or using Uber/Lyft. I highly recommend avoiding this tour

Make sure you sit at front so you can hear the driver. We didn’t hear the driver and we missed seeing an area. We had to drive ourselves the next day to see it. Other than that, it’s really convenient and the driver was really outgoing

The ad for this adventure states that it is wheelchair assessable, the transportation is not. Although the activities are the transportation has for steep steps to board.

Lots of walking and stairs. You will get wet some but ponchos are provided. Best part is the bus picks you up at your hotel. Tour guide takes good care of keeping track of you.

We had a great time on this tour! The Falls are absolutely stunning and the power of the so much water is incredible! Stand on the Hurricane Deck at the Cave of the Winds! We will be totally soaked but you will have really experienced Niagara Falls!! With the tour, we were able to get really close to the falls in several places for different amazing perspectives!

This your hits all of the highlights of Nigara Falls. Sunny Tee, outlet driver and your guide was exceptional. He made the tour a lot of fun. It was very educational also. He not only taught us a lot, he learned a lot about the individuaIs in the group. He made cards for the folks, with birthdays and anniversaries. He also wrote beautiful notes of encouragement for their futures to some of the younger tourists. I would 10/10 recommend this tour. Ask for Sunny Tee.
