Know that it is 4+ hours. if you are not prepared for that pick a different tour. Tour guide Deb was delightful. Knew her stuff. Ran a tight ship and made it enjoyable for everyone.

Was a wonderful tour that included many top sites in Niagara Falls and Cris was great as our tour guide and driver. Included a boat ride on Maid of the Mist that gets up close and very wet (or downstairs back of the boat is less wet) to see both Falls up close. Cave of the Winds was spectacular and we were able to climb up the falls on a wooden structure with the falls rushing by us. Was amazing!! Lots of other sites and islands were included. Recommend this tour to see a lot in a few hours.

Niagara Falls was breathtakingly beautiful and unimaginable experience. The tour however was slightly a let down. Our tour operator was slightly irritating. He continued to make comments that were unnecessary. He would tell us to be at the bus at 2:05 so several of us went to the bus and waited after 10 minutes one of the members called and he said oh no I said to meet at an arch. He never said this. Not to mention he would tell us we had until a certain time to explore and be back, but he would then drive around another 30 minutes and we would have to hurry.

Very friendly knowledgeable guide/ driver. We had Barb. She grew up in Niagara and even had suggestions for visiting the Canadian side. We enjoyed the maid of the mist and the cave of winds and all the different viewpoints. She was very organized with keeping everyone together and setting meeting points after giving time to shop and view different viewpoints of the falls. Would definitely recommend. Price included entry to all places, pickup and drop off from hotel. She provided water and a nice post card for all guests and we stopped somewhere that you could purchase a lunch. It was nice to visit all these places and not have to navigate or plan out where to go.

I traveled with my dad, and he does not speak English. Despite that, our tour guide made us feel very comfortable. She explained some things in Spanish when needed, which made my dad very happy and helped him enjoy the experience even more. I would definitely choose this tour again if I come back. The guide was very knowledgeable about the area, and her expertise allowed us to appreciate and enjoy the place in a completely different way. Highly recommended!

The maid of the mist was great. But I would not do cave with the winds the smell was. Awful! The tour was great because there were seven of us and we could all be together in the tour bus. But I think we could’ve saved money and just did it ourselves. We did like the convenience of being picked up being brought to dinner and taking to the fireworks and then going back to our Airbnb.

Fun-filled, especially the Cave of the Winds. You will get soaked!! Warning:⚠️ You need to be pretty health. There are lots of stairs to climb. If walking over the bridge from Canada side, it would easier to wait in theMaid of the Mist parking lot, instead of walking to the assigned meeting spot. The movie about Tesla was also very interesting.

It was a great experience! Especially the cave with the winds hurricane deck. Being so close to the falls and getting wet! Thrilling!
The duration of the tour was 5 hours so have light pocket snacks. The wait times in line for each activity was long but moving.

Our tour guide Mark is really informative and friendly. Really enjoyed the history here in Buffalo and of course the falls.
The only downside was the communication part. As I have an Australian phone number, no one contacted me regarding pick up time from the hotel. So we ended up waiting in the hotel 40 mins before the tour started and luckily Mark was there and he rang me via WhatsApp when he got there. Surely someone from the tour company could try that or just email me.
