Excellent trip. Haroom was prompt to pick us up, communicated throughout the trip as to where we will be going, escorted us to each activity, and let us know what time to meet back at the bus. He made slight adjustments to the itinerary as we went, adding and subtracting time for each tour based on how long the line was so that we always knew what time to meet back at the bus. Not everyone had signed up for all excursions, so if someone wanted to do something they didn't sign up for, he found a way to get extra tickets last minute to accommodate them. Eat a big breakfast beforehand (the lunch stop is at 2:00).

Excelllnt day out led by the wonderful host and driver Haroon An absolutely stunning experience that we will treasure Bus comfortable plenty of leg room Do leave plenty of time to get to the meeting point as the traffic was horrendous from out of town Not the season for the floral clock to be in full bloom in June but a great start and it continues in hourly blocks with plenty of time for toilet breaks and additional experiences that he communicates well - the cable car was worth paying the extra for sure Take in the advice about footwear and appropriate clothes whilst the poncho’s did keep some of the water off we were still soaked through in both experiences but it’s all part of the experience to enjoy the sights and there was lots of time dry off after the boat tour with a nice cold beer Would definitely recommend them and plenty of people on the VicG who hadn’t paid for alll experiences had plenty of opportunities to buy tickets off Harroon at each stop Top marks PS I was able to communicate directly to Haroon about being stuck in traffic and he made it very easy to be reassured all would work out well , we even beat him in the end as he was stuck in the same traffic hell so bravo to him BETTER THAN ANTICIPATED

Great trip to Niagara Falls with Ed - our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some helpful tips for exploring the Falls. My only issue - which I don’t believe was Ed’s fault -was the sound system in the bus. Sometimes it wasn’t clear and that made him difficult to understand.
