Had it scheduled and they canceled due to wind . No notice , no message telling us . We were on the Canada side , took 30 minutes to cross thru customs. A message would have been nice !! Now we are left with nothing scheduled!!!

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. Safety is always our top priority, and due to changing wind conditions, flights can sometimes be canceled on short notice. That said, we completely understand how upsetting it was to make the trip across the border and arrive without receiving timely communication from us.

The tethered part of the attraction is presented in one place at the very bottom. I thought we would fly over Niagra State Park. The price is too high for going up and down. I had a better view of the falls from the hotel room. It's not a great place for pictures because the netting is in the way, which is should be for safety reasons. The trip would have been worth it if we moved.

Our balloon experience is a tethered attraction designed to provide elevated panoramic views of Niagara Falls and the surrounding area while remaining safely anchored in place. We do try to communicate this clearly throughout the booking process, but we appreciate your feedback regarding the visibility and placement of that information and will continue working to make it more prominent for future guests.
We also understand your comments regarding photography and perceived value. Safety netting is an important part of the experience, but we recognize it can impact photos for some guests. Waited 5 minutes b4 the ride was scheduled to cancel it, then tells us its going to be a week before we get our refund what a joke. I get the safty part im thankfully for that but if you knew that morning you should of let us know then. And a week or longer to get our money back but they make us pay on the spot and take it from out acount.

Safety will always come first with weather and wind conditions, but we also recognize that communication is just as important. Your feedback about the timing of the cancellation is valid, and we understand why you feel you should have been notified sooner if conditions were already trending unsafe earlier in the day.

You can see all of the Falls. The picture given I thought would have been authentic but it was like a cheap backdrop already installed.
