Take Lewiston/ARTPARK exit from 104N or Robert Moses Parkway N and veer right to Centre St. Continue down to waterfront. Parking is at the end of Centre St. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

Arrive early to register, sign a participation agreement, and attend a mandatory safety orientation. Then grab a poncho, some water shoes and a life jacket (because it’s going to get wet) and hop on board to find a seat on the Wet Jet deck, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
Take in the shoreline, beginning at beautiful and tranquil Niagara-on-the-Lake, and check out sites like Brock's Monument and Fort Niagara before reaching Devil’s Hole Rapids, where things get really choppy. Hold on tight because it’s about to get even bumpier amidst the heart-pounding rapids of the swirling Niagara Gorge. Then there are the captain’s thrilling 360-degree spins.
This adventure is about more than just thrills, however. Look around and appreciate the stunning scenery on this 18-mile journey. And learn about the history and geology of the majestic Niagara River while experiencing the excitement of playing in whitewater rapids. - Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
- Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- *Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of trip departure will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
- There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
- Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
- Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).

The most incredible experience EVER! This was my 2nd time but I have to admit I really enjoyed better , Captain JASON and LEXI has all my respect, both did a great job, so much fun and Wet! Hahaha! Definitely I will repeat this tour over and over again , it worth every dollar haha!

There should be a bigger word than "wet" ha! We have done jet boat tours before, but nothing as thrilling as this one! We were soaked! We had the best time. Captain Adam, and Tori were fantastic! They made us feel safe, comfortable and confident. Did I mention we got soaked? We literally considered going for a second ride. This was our families favorite excursion. Thanks for the thrills!

You only feel the impact if you’re in the front of the boat. The farther you sit back the less you feel the impact and the wipe. I have Extreme boys under 13 and had to sit in the back not that exciting for them.

Omg this was so much fun! My kids loved it however, we went in June 2023 and the water was freezing. We had on bathing suits! It was horrible for me😂😂😂. I couldn’t stop shivering. I wish I had on a scuba suit.. But again my kids, 19, 19, 12, 9 and my husband had a blast.
