I’m not very happy with my Viator experience at all. This was the first time I used this program and agents were rude.
I was unable to see the Cathedral due to the huge lines. I had back surgery two years ago and standing for long periods of time is very painful. I thought, that purchasing a ticket/ reservation would avoid all that. When I got there the line was wrapped around the building. I sent an email through Viator that I would like a cancellation and refund because u was unable to attend. At this point it’s still under consideration.
Then I had booked the Sunset Cruise for 6:00. I was continuously called abs harassed to change to 6. I had a prior commitment and time was an issue. Finally I was called and was told that NYC law was that 6 was too late and I hate to accept the 4:00. I was at breakfast, I could not hear the rude person and said whatever. Then my daughter called back and they due to prior commit, I couldn’t do the 4:00 due the 4:00. The very rude man on the phone basically said, too bad. It’s within 24 hours and show up because you are being charged. I told my daughter to just hang up. Don’t argue with a rude man.
With all that said, I will not be using this serve again and will tell family and friends about the service and my experience. I have been given an offer services to use as my friend said they were helpful, accommodating, and pleasant.
As a single mother, money is tight and I have to be mindful on how it’s spent. This was not helpful and very disappointing.

The Cathedral was rather busy and the iPad connectivity was skechy. The history was fascinated on the church and all the stations.

Be aware that this an audio tour and not a docent guided tour. We were disappointed in the tour as it was a bit confusing to find the correct locale inside the Cathedral.

Very disorganized, tour ran about 15 minutes behind schedule and no one seemed to know how to help us get started but once we started it was very informative.

The cathedral is amazing
We enjoy the view the tour offer was o ly an audio guide and the tour desk people did not care about us at all
I was on a wheelchair like them and they did not take any interest in explaining us

The church was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The audio tour was very informative. Beautiful cathedral! The organist was practicing while we were there, loved hearing the organ!

We have visited the Cathedral many times but to hear Cardinal Dolan and others explaining the different aspects of the Cathedral was powerful especially as a Catholic. However, non Catholics would enjoy the history and explanations of the various Saints.
