At our lovely Lower Garden District location, there is plenty safe, free parking. We're on the streetcar route, and only 10 short blocks from Canal Street. There is a large, convenient fenced-in yard with a beautiful garden. Bathrooms available.

My experience with the boat ride was amazing. This was my first time in new orleans and I loved it. Darius the tour guide was amazing he explained everything to us in detail. I love the fact that we went through all the city and to the local spots which was my fav. The seats where a little uncomfortable which Darius explain to us but other than that I highly recommend this activity.

I arrived at location of tour at 7:20pm for a 7:30pm bike tour that was supposed to be approximately 4 hours long. When I arrived I noticed no one was there. I contacted both the tour and viator. Apparently, the tour was canceled earlier in that day. But no one notified me. After chatting with Tour they claimed it was canceled earlier in the day due to not enough participants and that Viator was supposed to notify me. After back and forth with Viator on why I was not noticed, they do this Fake "Escalation" and say they will get back to you via email. I have learn will Viator screws up, Viator NEVER TAKES ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR GIVE ANY COMPENSATION! YOU MAY SAVE A COUPLE OF DOLLARS, BUT BEWARE VIATOR IS A HIT AND MISS AND NEVER TAKES ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR GIVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE WASTED TIME.

The tour was cancelled and if you had checked the communication from Viator, you would have known that.

This was the worst activity I have ever booked. The bikes were rickety, there was no DJ, just an individual with a boom box on his bike and his girlfriend. No instructions or information on what to expect. No microphone. Extremely dangerous. What is really sad is that it could have been great with a little effort.

I question your motives for leaving this review. Others went on the exact same ride and left 5-star reviews, and of course many others before.
Nothing you wrote is correct: the guide did give instructions, it's in our protocol. There's nothing dangerous about the ride, we take all necessary precautions.
Maybe you didn't like the music the tour guide was DJ'ing? We play Hip Hop, Bounce, R&B, Brass and Soul. We do take requests.
All our bikes are well maintained and you had the option of finding a bike to your liking out of a large selection.
The question is, why did you leave the bikes unattended in the middle of the ride and disappeared without notice? Everybody was looking for you, worried.
I'm afraid your experience is not representative.

loved the vibe the music provided, the route taken and the people in the group. Hosts were friendly and bikes were maintained. I did miss not having hand brakes, but after the first 30 minutes, i was good to go!😜

This experience was a lot of fun! Or guides were amazing, played good music the whole ride, and we met some really cool people. We were able to stop at a few key locations for pics and even got to spend time on Frenchmen before heading back. It was a blast! Definitely would recommend!

I met new friends...so much fun. I was able to see different parts of New Orleans on a bike and was able to enjoy different places on the ride. We were able to enjoy food and drinks and even partied in a club in the French Quarters for a little while❤️

This bike ride is a cool experience, but it wasn’t for us. If you are someone who enjoys rap music and wants to see a few hot spots, you’ll enjoy this. The explicit music was a surprise and I was embarrassed by it as we passed older people and young families on the ride. We also would have loved some history and New Orleans stories along the way. The other people on our tour really seemed to like it, so it may just come down to what you’re looking for.

This is a Party Ride, not a tour with narration. The music, as per the description of the ride, is "New Orleans Bounce and Hip Hop". I think anyone familiar with this music would know it has adult content.
In short, yes, you picked the wrong experience. Sorry for that.

We had so much fun with Curtis our tour guide. He was knowledgeable and played some good music. We went to different locations to eat and get drinks and rest our legs. Everything was wonderful. Definitely would do it again

Omgggg, I had such an amazing time! I felt like a carefree kid scrolling through the streets of New Orleans! Our tour guide was the best he made sure we enjoyed ourselves and I love how no matter much much fun we were having he still was able keep up with the group and immediately was able to pinpoint when someone from the group was missing! I will definitely be back to do this again‼️😃
