Underwhelming Tour

The tour guide was late, ended the tour early, rushed through all the stops, and gave us very little information. Several questions were answered with « you can look it up » . He was just going through the motions, and we mostly just saw the outside of buildings and then rushed to the next stop. Very disappointing !

Expensive for what get and what you see. Company VERY difficult to deal with and inflexible for errors which they do not tell on the website when booking. No direct number to call to reach them. You have to call a number to get a person to ask for the correct number to call to talk to the representative of this company. Total B S.

It was a nice tour around Nashville. Sean was knowledgeable about history and music. Meeting spot was very confusing because of construction. We didn't receive a text from the guide, so ended up wandering around until we could get hold of someone at the company and they could get in touch with him. My takeaway from that is that if you don't get a text the night before, call the company first thing in the morning! But, after we met up, the tour itself was good.

Our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. We visited historic parts of the city that we would have never otherwise seen. We even changed a bday celebration dinner to a local landmark she showed us and had an amazing time!!

Although our guide was very engaging and appeared to be very knowledgable, he was not very organized. There didn’t seem to be a clear “tour” to follow, it was more like let’s just walk. When he announced that the tour was over we were no where near our starting point and he just pointed us in a general direction to get back to our car.

Your company did not forward the reservation to the tour company so they did not know we were coming and did not show up…very disappointed as we had to leave town by noon and missed out on the tour
