Fantastic afternoon! Our tour guide was Cuban and lived in the area, he knew everyone and it just made for a great time! Visiting the different bars and hearing the history and even met some of the owners, I highly recommend this tour.

We had a great time learning about the neighborhood and the Cuban culture with angel. He is a true local and knows the history and local businesses. It was a great experience from the history of the Bay of Pigs and neeting one of the former prisoners to trying the local fare. You will learn and see so much more than going on your own.

Angel is a local guy who knows his neighborhood. He knows all the people, the food, the history, the art and has great stories for all of the above. Very enjoyable tour and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in Little Havana and Calle Ocho. Thanks Angel

Terrible experience because the guide never shows up. I was there at the meeting point 15 minutes ahead. I have pictures showing that I was there, as well as my Uber receipt.
15 minutes after the meeting time I called the local company with no answer. Then I contacted Viator with an immediate answer but they could do nothing other than to return my money. A few hours later I got an apologetic call from the local company (Miami Welcome Center).
I would recommend that you don't waste your money and do the your by yourself. Ask a taxi or Uber to take you to Domino square where you will see the locals playing and eager to tell you their story. Also you will find many local cuban restaurants to taste their delicious food and explain how they do it.

Angel was the best!!! He was a wealth of knowledge about the history as well as the stories of the tight-knit community of Little Havana. He also knows all the best places to eat and shop! This was the best tour, especially if you want a custom experience from a Little Havana native.

What a great way to get to see Little Havana! Experienced the food, religion, arts, language, and learn about the Bay of Pigs. Angel was our guide and was fabulous. He is a part of this community and his love for Cuban culture made this tour authentic and memorable! I highly recommend.

A most awful experience. Tour guide never showed and did not respond to calls or emails sent. Absolutely disgusted that they never sent a message to say they wouldn’t be coming. I paid for an Uber and then the tickets for the tour, I’ve requested a refund and will never again book here. Such a huge disappointment.

We haven't had anyone, not attend. I don't know if you went to the wrong address or if there might have been a glitch in the system. Thats why you did not receive a call. We have had competition that sabotaged the company in the past, by not attending a reservation and then give a bad review so the algorithms can stifle the competition via bad reviews. Nobody that has officially attended our walk, have given us less than 5 stars. We really feel so bad this has happened to you. We want to offer you a free walk and hope you can attend the Number One Grass Roots Cuban Cultural Phenomenon
We are disgusted this happened to you . And its the most awful thing that can happen to a us and all the Cuban People who put in so much effort to make this adventure possible, and differentiate ourselves from the others. But most of all we say again, that we are disgusted that it happened to you. We made contact with Viator and a refund has been initiated. We will have to raise our prices due to the damage and harm your review will cause us. Even though it was no fault of ours.
Our hearts and souls grieve for the experience you went through. Please keep an open mind and understand that this is our passion and our Culture and our lives. We would never leave an attendee abandon as we have to work so much harder because we have to pay and give up 50% of the price to this platform, just to get half the exposure they offer the corporate companies doing Little Havana tours. Our time with Angel our tour guide was fantastic and really exceeded our expectations. He starts the tour in the local neighbourhood and seems to know everyone which adds a uniqueness to the visit. Angel has a wealth of knowledge about little Havana and Cuba. He didn’t rush us and always made himself available to answer questions. We would not hesitate recommending his tour and we look forward to our next visit to Little Havana.

We did have a small hiccup in the beginning of the tour, so I called the phone number directly on the voucher and Angel answered. He was not sure why no one came for us, so he said he would call us back. He did, and Viatour did not let us know his company actually cancelled the tour. So he came down to the meeting spot and gave the tour to us himself!!
Angel was an excellent tour guide! He knows Little Havana like the back of his hand and he introduced us to many of the shop owners there. We got to try some delicious food, learn history of Cuba, and see cigars being hand rolled right there where they are sold. We got to meet some of the talented artists in the art galleries. The Bay of Pigs Museum was very interesting too.
If you only have 1 day or a limited amount of time in a Miami and want to see something new, this tour is an excellent choice!

We showed up to the meeting location, no one was there. We called the number and was informed trip canceled. No phone message nor text but a email was sent. (As if one checks email on vacation). Had to pay for Uber to and from and no tour. Was told it was the weather and wasn’t a cloud in the sky all night. Very disappointing.

We did what policy requires. We contacted you through phone but went to voicemail several times. We used the Viator Messenger Center to contact you about the cancellation due to rain. Miami weather is unpredictable, and we err on the side of safety. We refuse to be like the other companies that force their travelers through torrential rain or lose their deposit. We initiated a refund for you.
We communicated with you and you promised to give us a horrible review even though we followed policy. But your review does not reflect on the tour itself. You did not experience the tour. Our 5 Star reviews speak for themselves. We welcome you back again and we will offer a free tour but please compare with the other Little Havana Tours. There is no comparison. Not even in the least bit. We are not just a food tour, we are a Cultural Experience of a lifetime. And we feel awful about the Miami Weather predictions interrupting your tour. It was out of our control. Hope you can join us soon and compare the tours and then leave an honest review of the quality of our tour vs the other Viator sponsored Little Havana Tours.

We were very disappointed. No one showed up to conduct the tour! We arrived early and waited 30 minutes. The pickup point is at a neighborhood bakery which wasn’t what we expected. I would not recommend this tour. We did get a full refund, but the time we wasted cannot be recouped.

You were notified that it was rained out. The reason that we start at the local bakery is because we are the only Little Havana Tour which takes the participants into the local neighborhood as well as the entertainment district that the other Little Havana tours contain themselves to.
We can't understand why you left a 1 star review when you were notified ahead of time. We are one of the only tours that do offer refunds for rainy days. We hope you enjoyed your Miami Visit overall and hope you stayed dry. Blessings always.

Angel took us through his neighborhood, his local shops and restaurant, giving us the real flavors of Little Havana. The Bay of Pigs museum was an impressive stop with conversations with people who actually fought there. Also loved the cigar factory and the art gallery! Thank you Angel.

Angel is an awesome tour guide! We chose the private tour for a more personal experience and it was fantastic! Angel took us to get Cuban pastries and coffee for breakfast, Cuban ice cream, roasted peanuts, and Cuban sandwiches. Angel’s knowledge of Cuban culture and history is amazing - he had so much information to share and all in an engaging and interesting style! He’s good friends with so many in the community and the tour felt like walking down little Havana with a good friend! We saw Cuban paintings, bars / lounge, and visited a cigar factory, where Angel helped us choose out some cigars to buy our friends. We highly recommend this private tour with Angel. It seems like it’s a 1 (or very small) person operation so you’ll likely get Angel as your tour guide if you book this private tour. Also note that parking was pretty easy (on a Sunday morning for 11am tour) in this area though they have a 3 hour max time limit and as the tour is about 2.5 - 3 hours, you’ll want plan accordingly (ie: don’t start the parking meter until the tour is about to start). It was amazing- skip the larger tour groups and go with this personalized tour with Angel! You won’t regret it!
