Rides and experience are not that great compared to disney. Studio tour and water world show was good

Fun time at Universal Studios Hollywood! So much to see and do there. Would def add this to your must do’s when in California.
It would be very helpful to have clear signs showing where the free water refill stations are located. I also think there should be more refill stations throughout the area. I purchased a refillable cup, but unfortunately, finding a place to refill it was quite difficult and inconvenient. Having more clearly marked refill stations would make the experience much easier and more enjoyable for guests
Excellent day out. Everyone enjoyed it and worth the visit. Food and drink as well as souvenirs a bit pricey though!
I was disappointed by the way the ticket information was presented. I purchased a General Admission ticket and later discovered that valet parking was not included. The issue is not that VIP benefits are exclusive to VIP tickets—I understand that. The issue is that my Ticket Details page displayed the following items with green check marks under the "Inclusions & Exclusions" section:

As a customer reviewing my booking, it was reasonable to interpret items marked with green check marks as benefits associated with my ticket. If these benefits were not included with the ticket I purchased, I do not believe they should have appeared as included items on my Ticket Details page.
I contacted customer service and provided a screenshot, but my concern was ultimately dismissed. While Viator maintained that the words "VIP Experience Only" were present, I believe the overall presentation is confusing and can easily lead customers to misunderstand what is included with their purchase.
My recommendation to Viator is simple: display only the inclusions and exclusions that apply to the specific ticket purchased, or present VIP benefits separately. This would help avoid confusion and prevent other customers from having the same experience.
The attraction itself was great, but the booking information could be much clearer.
Buy the express lane pass. Wait time is 120 min without express lane. Go during the week so the price is lower.
We thought that on weekdays there’s no crowd but I keep forgetting this place is the happiest place.
I had so many expectations going in and all were met with flying colors. The jurrassic park ride i would go on all day every day

If you like standing in lines all day you’ll love this. It was a complete waste of money! I would definitely NOT recommend!
We mistakenly bought 5 tickets for a Tuesday instead of a Monday and realized our mistake when we arrived at the gate. We contacted them Monday morning and they said there could be no changes w/ in 24 hrs and that was it. There is no supervisor available to speak to. How difficult is it to modify a digital weekday ticket. We lost hundreds of dollars. It is in these circumstances that you could show that you actually care about customers. Instead we will never do business with you again and will warn others @ Viator.
The travel dates were automatically changed when booking and purchased for the wrong date. No assistance from Viator at all.
The wait time was so high. Need to put lot of fans out there. Need to improve the restrooms too, too smelly.
Smaller than Orlando universal. Book in advance. Clean and the experience was unmatched. We got to ride and see all the attractions in one day.

Looking forward to universal. Firstly far too many people let into the park. Q up for transformers ride as my son is a big fan, 60 minute wait… got to the front then ride closed down for tech reason. So decided to go to waterworld … is this an omen as same thing happened, Q up then show canx due to tech reasons … by this point decided to leave … universal was a disappointment… have requested a partial refund let’s see if thy give it …
This is one of the few places everyone must visit when in Los Angeles. We had a great time. The park is very well organised. It’s very clean. The staff is very helpful. The express pass we brought was like a cherry to the cake.
Super fun, went on Superbowl Sunday so got on rides fast and easily!! The food was okay, drinks were yummy. We saw a lot of mascots that day! Super rare for me.
Amazing experience! Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting or local. Reasonably priced and well worth it if you are a fan!
Had amazing time with family at universal studio. All the rides get crowded a lot, with wait times going up to 200 mins. If you are okay to split your group, single rider que is life saver, though it bypasses the theme decors for the ride.
Super Mario is a hype and waiting time was 3hrs and the experience was just a playing a video game and this is the ride which is not organized properly
Family truly enjoy the experience since it was the first time at Universal. Would anticipate going back again, but during a less busy time to truly see the park and enjoy the atmosphere. The Christmas theme was very nice.

Lines weren't too long. More shopping than rides but, overall not a bad day. Bring snacks, food was not that great.
Our primary visit was to see the Horror Nights. During the day universal was not very busy. Evening was packed.
If you are going to do the Horror Night suggest doing your research on which haunted houses you want to see because you probably will not have enough time to do them all. Lines can range from 20 mins to 3 hrs! The WWE was really good! Must see
Good experience
Had a great time here but the price of parking is horendous. Especially since the parking lot is so far away from the entrance yet the want your arm and your leg to cover the costs 🤦♀️ Definitely recommend trying to find cheaper parking before attending. I wished someone told me because I found a way cheaper parking lot and shorter walk to entrance on our 2nd day
We started early, on a Thursday. We chose front gate parking to reduce time getting in to the park. We started in Harry Potter, went through the Simpsons, then went on the Studio Tour. Lines were very short and the crowds were light.
