Great friendly efficient staff. Did a great guided tour last year and just rented bikes this year as we knew where we were going.

Fahrräder waren in Ordnung. Verkäuferin war etwas durch den Wind. Ein E-Bike war nicht aufgeladen. Man bekommt keine Strassenkarten, also unbedingt USA-GPS/ Handy dabei haben. Am Ende des Tages hatte in Fahrrad einen Platten, aber das kann bei den Schlaglöchern wohl vorkommen.

Thanks for the feedback and we're sorry that you encountered a flat tire, but unfortunately we (and other rental shops and tour companies) are unable to control road conditions that contributed to it which is why we offered insurance that you declined. We do take responsibility for one of the bikes not being properly charged which is why we immediately drove a replacement out to you. Next time you're in LA, take one of our guided tours and you won't need maps as our LA Tour guides will show you all the cool places you need to see.
