The van we were picked up in was old and very dirty. The driver didn’t talk very much but when he did it was interesting. Driving past the homes I wanted to see was driving to fast passing them

Very short tour, disappointing 😞

We booked this tour because it said 2 hours. Our tour lasted 74 minutes and our driver talked more about his good driving record than the tour. Our driver also drove extremely fast which scared my girls. At end of tour when I brought up the fact that our tour wasn't the 2 hours as advertised his response was "So you didn't see anything?" Our tour cost us $30 and the day after I complained about our tour not being as advertised the company lowers the price to $25. Very disappointing short tour, would not take this again. 👎

That is not true at all. We never ever do 74 minutes tour. We always tell our customers 1:30 minutes to 2 hours is the tour. Every single customer was super excited and give driver big tips. I explained to her after complaining about 2 hours tour. I said to her it was 1:30 minutes tour because we keep the record and also I mentioned did you see everything you expected? She told me yes we did but tour was short and I told her every single person was happy so why you are not happy ? Her response was tour was short. I don’t know how to make her happy.

Due to low season I ended up in another bus with a 60 minute delay and a driver/guide who is questionable on all accounts: driving, demeanor, expertise, and professionalism. I couldn't get away soon enough.

Malheureusement, cela n'a pas été respecté, et nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité de voir ces lieux emblématiques comme promis. De plus, nous n'avons visité que quelques maisons de certains acteurs, et non celles des acteurs les plus connus comme Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Aniston, Tom Cruise ou Leonardo DiCaprio.
