The guide did not show up and we were unable to get hold of anyone to be able to find out where they were. We have requested a refund but it has not yet been processed

We're very sorry for what happened. Sitgo wasn't operational at that time (since the pandemic) and the calendars were supposed to be closed. By now Sitgo is open again under new ownership and ready to hopefully take you on a tour in the future :)!
