Great tour abd dee dee (sorry if I remembered that wrong) kept us informed with everything. Just a shame not more time at Hooverdam.
Family had a very young child, which I don't think was ideal. No proper child seat, screamee over us trying to hear tour guide.

We were looking for a short overview-nothing in-depth tour/trip to Hoover Dam. Pam provided great info while on our drive, we got to walk on the dam and the lookout bridge, a stop at the 7 magic mountains and a drive past the welcome Vegas sign. This was the perfect half day away from the stop and exactly what we were looking for!

Awesome tour! Pam shared a lot of great information about Vegas and the Hoover Dam on the van ride. We really enjoyed hearing about the history. Great stops at 7 Magic Mountains, Lake Mead, walkover bridge, and Hoover Dam! If you are looking for a great 4 hour trip when your in Vegas this is a must!

Great experience and our tour guide was phenomenal. Definitely a must try. Stay dehydrated it's way too hot in the summer but the good is our driver has an ice chest of waters for all.

Brilliant, informative guide.
Small group 8 people. He took us to all the view points & hoover damn, bridge everything on the itinerary. Excellent value for money. Really enjoyed this excursion.The vehicle was comfortable & immaculate. He gave us plenty of water too.
We went early morning. Would recommend this as it gets really hot in the afternoon. Yes I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Hello Lizette! Upon looking into your reservation, it does look like your pickup information was emailed and text to you on May 6th at 6:45pm PST with the pickup location and pickup time. The pickup time was pushed back 10mins as there were other pickups added to the tour which was texted to you at 10:06am on May 7th, which you had replied and confirmed. I do not see any missed calls or text messages from you about no one being at the pickup location, nor did I receive any calls or text messages from your tour guide letting me know that they were having issues locating you or you didn't show up. Your tour guide has confirmed with us that you did take the tour and that you were at the pickup location when he arrived. My apologies if there was any confusion on the pickup location. The only issue I had was the pickup location. When booking the trip you’re told to pick a location to be picked up from. We chose Caesar’s as it was close to our hotel. Upon receiving a message from the company we were told our pickup location would be a different hotel. While it wasn’t an issue. I was just confused as to why we were told to

Bob, the driver/guide was excellent. He knows a lot about Las Vegas in general and the places included in the tour. Very accommodating and doesn’t force conversation when it’s not needed; sensitive to our introversion. For the extroverted fellows we were with, he’s definitely a 5 star in interpersonal skills.
Great tour overall. The Hoover Dam is majestic; wasn’t able to absorb all the knowledge but the stories and details are interesting. The 7 magic mountains is a plus, thankfully the artwork is still there so we had a chance to check it out before it goes to other cities/locations; they’re huge in real life, modern art but unsure if it’s for everyone’s liking.

I booked a last minute tour with Mr. Las Vegas Tours and they accommodated us. Our tour guide, Gary was incredibly knowledgeable and made the tour engaging and fun.
