It was absolutely the best time! The horses, dogs, and the bull (who isn’t mean!) were fantastic. The guides were fantastic, and Jeff… he makes a mean steak! Great experience!!!

This was a excellent experience and our second time going on this ride. We went several years ago on the breakfast ride. Both experiences were awesome. The steak for the dinner along with all the sides were great. The staff were all friendly and entertaining.

I really enjoyed the Las Vegas Horseback Ride — the hotel pickup and drop-off were smooth, the horses were calm and easy to ride, and the scenery made for a relaxing escape from the Strip. Our host Caesar was especially great: friendly, attentive, and a fantastic storyteller who made the experience even more memorable. The included meal was hearty and satisfying, and overall the whole excursion felt well-organized, laid-back, and worth the time.

What were you expecting to do? We don't allow running on our horses in natural terrain that was once the bottom of the ocean floor. There's a lot of interesting terrain to see. My husband and I were in Vegas to celebrate our anniversary and we love to ride horses and decided to take the trail ride experience. It was the best thing we did our whole trip. We had a great time great guides good food very relaxing adventure and beautiful scenery. We had good horses though my husband was a little clumsy lol but it made for a little entertainment. We had a nice group from all over we rode with so got to hear stories about wildlife in different areas including Canada. Would definitely recommend this to anyone experienced or inexperienced ride a like. Kudos to the guides and driver/cook.

Everything was good from the Pickup to the drop-off at hotel. Nice ride to the farm, horses very easy going and always escort by 2, Cowboy and Girl. Breakfast was good taste, different than regular kitchen. Thankyou all for this experience. Sorry don't recall you names. I would it like to go faster but did let me This is more for Beginners. But was a good experience.

Great! Glad everything was good from pickup to drop off. The lion portion of our riders are first time or novice, so the trail is a head-to-tail, walking trail ride. Safety is our top priority. Sunset dinner horseback ride

From Danny our driver and chef, to our cowboys Cordon and Chanel the experience was amazing. They gave us information and stories about the area. Chanel even helped me take a picture of the Comet. The meal was delicious and Cordon played the guitar while we ate apple pie around the fire. Would highly recommend this tour!!!!!

This was a great experience. Our wranglers Chanel, Sierra and Corden were great. I'm an experienced rider however my husband is not and they made this a stress free experience for him. The horses are gentle and well trained. The staff were knowledgeable of the horses and the area and were very easy going and friendly. Donavan made a tasty meal and got us to and from the ranch safely. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

The best 40th birthday gift ever!

Leo,Hector & Geo was the best I had soooo much fun I smiled the whole time my jaws hurt from smiling so much lol. The food was absolutely delicious seasoning was so good the meal was a plus plus then to top it off we had hot apple pie by the bomb fire after we was done with dinner. Geo is the driver & cook Leo & hector was the tour guides just amazing guys all around so much fun laughter from beginning to start. They took pictures for us and videos. The trail was wonderful as you to further into the canyon the air change the smell OMG amazing. We had 2 dogs with us as well protecting and watching out for critters so cute❤️my horse name was capona he was so much fun to ride after we figured each other out. Leo picked the horses and I was happy with my capona he like to eat and stop a lot lol but he was amazing I was just talking to him as we go through the trail lol I loved it. A llama was coming for my wife had her a lil scared the whole group was laughing we couldn’t stop. I made new friends on the tour we exchanged numbers I loved it had a blast it was everything I wanted and more all around A+ must do it again & just to go back to see capona Leo Hector & Geo you guys rock😊thank for my awesome 40th birthday day.. oh wait everyone song happy birthday to me took a stick from the bomb fire lol as my candle and I blew it out over my apple pie 🥧 😍 has a blast thank you guys once again!!

The whole experience from being picked up at the hotel, to going horse riding and having breakfast after was amazing! I can't remember the staff's names but they were all great and professional. We have a 7 year old who has never ridden before and they made her feel very safe and at ease. Would highly recommend for a memorable day out!

The location and surrounding beauty of the area was very moderate. The ride was average in length, and the food was good. Considering it was an hour ride outside of the city. I think it was average for the time you had to invest. And I would’ve rated it much higher but we had a unique situation where my son was taking a college exam and was not quite finished with it so we left on time so that we did not delay other guests. We were 15 minutes outside of Vegas with my son called me and was finished with his exam. We did not turn around because we didn’t want to make other guests late, we tried to call the company three times and I left a text message. There was no response they could’ve either. Let us know that we could turn around or they could’ve picked him up in the van because we waited another 45 minutes for the gas because the company’s van has been a mistake and was late so I spoke to the owner and I asked if he could at least meet us halfway and credit us 50% of the ride for my son and he said absolutely not it’s a 24 to 48 hour cancellation which I understand but considering their customer service was not stellar and they ran into some kinks themselves , I found it very sad and it looked like they were just looking out for their own profit rather than meeting us halfway and being collaborative

Karen, Good afternoon, hope all is well. Thank you for the review. Everyone works hard to offer our guests the best possible experience, but sometimes that doesn't happen. Sometimes it is our fault and sometimes a guest is unhappy because they didn't get what they wanted and decide to submit a less than stellar review. It is my belief that your situation is the latter. In your haste to accuse us of looking out for our own profit, which couldn't be further from the truth, you fail to mention a key fact. Your original reservation was for the dinner ride on Friday, July 21st, 2023. When we called you to confirm your pickup details, you stated that you meant to book the breakfast ride on 7.21.23, and that you were unable to go on the dinner ride on 7.21.23, because you had booked a show. Despite the fact we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, we accommodated the fact that you booked the wrong ride, and happily moved you to the dinner ride on Sunday, July 23rd, 2023. We could have easily not refunded or rescheduled your original booking, but we didn't. We understand that people make mistakes. Even though you mistakenly booked the wrong ride, we took the hit for the lost revenue on those three seats from your original booking and moved you to Sunday. Not only did we lose the revenue from the Friday booking, but now we lost the revenue from the three seats we moved you to on Sunday. It is a double whammy for us, but we did it in the name a customer service, that you so quickly say we don't have, and once again it was to accommodate your mistake. We have one phone number that guests are advised to call to confirm their reservation and ask questions. That number is 702.792.5050. That number is forwarded to the phone agents cell phone that is on duty. The number you called that wasn't answered was the phone agent that confirmed your booking. He is off on Saturday and Sunday, so his cell phone was off. Had you called the reservation line, i.e., 702.792.5050, instead of the number that came up on your phone you would have talked to whomever was working the phones on Sunday. Lastly, this isn't Let's Make a Deal. You agreed to the terms and conditions when you made your reservation. Those terms and conditions state we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Expecting a refund or even 50% refund a few hours before a scheduled ride is ridiculous. You agreed to the terms. If you don't want to agree to the terms, don't make the reservation. Once again, you failed to take into consideration, that we already let you slide on the 24-hour cancellation policy a few days before on Friday. Perhaps by letting you avoid the cancellation policy on Friday and rescheduling the ride, you thought a refund was in order, and we would be willing to negate the 24-hour cancellation policy on Sunday. That wasn't the case. Maybe the lesson learned here is make no exceptions when a guest makes a mistake and books the wrong date in the future. Have to love it when one bad apple spoils it for everyone else. I don't think we will do that; we realize that people make mistakes, and if you are able to accommodate the guest, we will always do that. What makes me sad is when people don't accept personal responsibility for their actions, and then want to blame other people. It is also sad, when people leave out facts because it doesn't help their narrative. Do you by chance work for the media? Thanks again for the review. Happy Trails, Jason

Avoid this it went downhill

The tour guide Leo was not not attentive. They gave me the worst horse that he admitted has a mind of its own. I was disconnected with the group and most importantly my son as my horse was 100 yards behind the group. Leo was so far ahead he never helped get the horse on track. I finally got his attention and he came back and told me to control the horse. I’m not a pro I told him and his response was “I don’t know what to tell you”. Then rode off. Knees were sore as he didn’t position the stirrups correct. Cowboy dinned was ok steak’s definitely got thinner and corn was hard and rubbery. Baked potato hard on bottom. What happened to Cesar? Leo is horrible as a result next time in town I WILL NOT TAKE THIS TRIP!

I absolutely enjoyed the Entire Event, from start to End. I was in LasVegas celebrating My Birthday by trying SOMETHING Different. And trusted me, it was TRULY AMAZING & REFRESHING. My Horse Name was Selena, she was very Calm & easy to handle. The trail was Peaceful & Beautiful not Changeling. Danny was the Driver and the Cook. He was very informative and Pleasant. I can remember the 2 Tour Guide Names. However, they to where Pleasant & Knowledgeable. The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND FILLING. I had the Salmon & My Friend had the Veggie Burger, Baked Potatoe, Corn on the Cob, Diner Roll, Sprite & Hot Apple Pie for Dessert. They also gave Us, 2 bottles of Water to take on the Trail. They also founded me a Pair of Closed Toes Shoes to wear on the Trail. Because, I didn't know I needed to wear Closed Toe Shoes. Then , they allowed my Friend to wear the same Shoes to get on the Horse and take a Picture. They also did a Video of Me riding the Horse with a Picture. I also got to Lead the Trail. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, this Event. To beginners and Trained Raiders, it Worth every Penny!

Such a relaxing and fun experience

What a great evening, the ride itself was so relaxing, watching the sunset whilst riding back to camp. The bbq meal was very nice followed by a log fire and a nice piece of apple pie. Cesar and Hector were great guides and Joe our driver/cook was great.

This activity was fabulous. We got picked up on time at our hotel and driven by Danny to the Ranch. He was friendly, knowledgeable about local sights and cooked a fantastic breakfast for us after our horseback adventure. Chanel and Cesar at the ranch were fabulous too. They made everyone on the horse trail feel relaxed and made our time there so enjoyable. They assured us all the time and safety was paramount. Will highly recommend this activity to others and can’t wait to go back.

Well Organised Relaxed Trail Ride

Looking for something different to do outside of Las Vegas we chose this trip. We were not disappointed because even though we are not horse riding experts the staff took us safely through each stage and we were all soon safely saddled up and ready to go. The horses were well behaved and just followed the one in front. My only criticism would be that the breakfast although tasty was unfortunately cold. It needs to be cooked later which might require two people preparing it. The reason for losing one star.

The whole experience was very relaxing, just want I needed. Everyone was very friendly, they really do treat you with genuieness, everyone was well taken care of. PickUp and DropOff was both easy, our driver and cook Danny was super friendly and easy going. Also our guide Caesar is amazing, we had a lot of fun chatting while cruising through beautiful morning scenery on horsebacks. I highly recommend this experience, you won't regret it. Please do tip them if you had fun, it doesn't have to be cash, they take tips over apps like Venmo.
