How do I use the digital guide to select and enter attractions?

Upon confirmation, you will receive a link to download the app where you can find all participating attractions and make reservations (if necessary) in advance. Upon arrival, simply show your pass for admission.

Do I have to use my Go City: Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass on the date I select or can this be flexible?

All passes are valid for two years from purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit. After activation your pass will be valid for the remaining number of consecutive days purchased.

How do I activate my Go City: Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass?

Your pass will activate when you scan it at your first attraction.

Can I visit the same attraction multiple times with my Go City: Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass?

Yes, you can visit each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass. So, say you didn't quite make it around a museum before closing time, you can always go back the following day (if the attraction doesn't require a booking, of course).

Do I have to make reservations to enter attractions with my Go City: Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass?

Some attractions may require a reservation. You can find out which ones by visiting the link on your ticket. Just remember that, if you need to make a booking to visit an attraction, your pass must be valid on the day that you visit.

Can multiple people use the same Go City: Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass?

Each pass is specific to one person and cannot be shared.

When will my Go City: Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass expire?

Your pass can be activated any time within 2 years from the date of purchase. Once the pass is activated, it will then be valid for the number of consecutive days which you have purchased.

What happens if I make an attraction reservation and my plans change?

If your plans change and you no longer need a booking slot, please let the attraction know directly as soon as possible. Be sure to check the attractions link on your ticket for individual attraction cancellation policies.

Can I change the date on my Go City: Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass?

While changes and cancellations are not permitted, your All-Inclusive Pass is valid for 2 years from the purchase date. Once you have used the Pass at your first attraction, it remains valid for the selected number of days.

Do not buy from viator, choose go city directly

The pass expired a day earlier, which caused disturbance to my whole experience. When I reached out to viator they did not help me out and were suggesting it was non-refundable. Go city also admitted it was a mistake to end the pass earlier but did nog help as the pass was purchased through viator.

I purchased 4 day pass from viator and my pass was need a day earlier. Both viator and go city agreed that pass was activated a day earlier. But go city suggested they can’t refund as it was purchased from viator. And viator suggested they cannot refund as it was non- refundable. My main question is if sale terms are not met how does the non- refundable tag be applied? Just but from go city app at least and not from visit as you would not be provided any assistance.

Having the pass makes doing activities really-scan and go. The downside is that showtimes were not accurate and you only know if a venue isn’t available when you get to it. This would be so much better if it only offered what is actually available for the dates you want the pass.

Very disappointed for a number of reasons - purchased a 3 day all inclusive pass - activated our pass at 9.06am on monday 2nd dec and tried to ride the rollercoaster at New York New York at 4.30pm on wed 4th dec to be refused and advised that pass expired at 4.00pm. Unable to contact Go City. Requested a partial refund from Viator which has been refused. Unable to use the pass on evening of 4th even though alot of activities still unused. Bar crawl on Freemont Street activity - description says that a free drink at each location - not true - offer a half price shot at each location. Guide tries to get you to stay for an hour at each location - obviously to purchase more drinks. After purchase can only view the pass on the Go City app - do not receive an e-mail confirmation. It does not inform you that the pass will expire at 4.00pm until after it does. I expect a 3 day pass to last 72hrs from activation

Need a refund due to service not delivered br viator

I bought a 2 days all inclusive 45 + for 6/16 and 6/17 of 2024 at 318 dollars and was mislead by the viator staff that sold me the tickets. She said to go to my first location and get my tickets activated once they scan it.. I scanned it at the big bus tour and couldn't use it on the second day for any activity. I went to Madame Tussauds at Las Vegas and couldn't use it to make reservation. because the order number was wrong. I called viator staff and they couldn't help me. Therefore, I am requesting for a one day refund of my money. This is horrible and customers should not be treated this way. The order number is 8171404.

A couple of attractions paid off the cost of GoCity pass.

First time using GoCity and went to like 8 attractions, of course I saved a lot of money, only the Big Bus costed 55 and it was free for a second day, so that’s about 110 dollars total and I paid 139 for the GoCity ticket. I will definitely use it again, my only advise is that you must be disciplined and a time-managing person if you want to make the best of this tool.

We are on day 2 of our 3 day pass and it’s very frustrating that we cannot get reservations to most of the items listed. I tried making reservations at 12:01am and then find out you can’t do it until 4am, by 6:00am we can’t even book a wheel or tower reservation. Not great

The activities themself are fun! But we missed the 2nd day of activities because I missed the word consecutive. I has a family of 4 that was devastated and spent a time of time on the phone with Viator and go city, but since we bought the tickets through Viator, go with would not help us. They would not allow us to add a day. We lost out. Very saddened as the tickets themselves do NOT say consecutive days. Very deceptive.

It does save you money. I do recommend viewing everything on the app and planning out your days accordingly to maximize the savings. We will definitely use this again. I also recommend printing out your ticket because done places don't have a way to scan the QR code
