Well organized, but the wrong time given on Viator site. Check the time of pick up before the tour for right information. The driver waited for us, thank you so much! Interesting tour, I recommend it.

Start to finish the Hoover dam tour was amazing from Scott our driver and first half tour guide to Paul our Hoover dam raft guide was very knowledgeable and helpful the view on the water was amazing definitely recommend

I will not give star. Our tour was canceled whick was not their fault as the road going to the raft was closed by the government for reason we didn't know. They couldn't tell us.
So hoping we could get our refund back soon.

The staff were amazing throughout the tour. Victor picked us up from the linq. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke to us about facts for the areas we drive through and what to expect from the tour. Once we arrived at the dam, we met our guide Sarah. She was great. She was happy, funny, and knowledgeable. She genuinely felt like she loves her job and appreciated us being there. The scenery was breathtaking. It was soo cool to see the dam from down at the base and to traverse the colorado. We even got to take a dip in the river. Absolutely loved the tour.

Very enjoyable. When you get on the raft you are handed a wet rag (I know. why a wet rag? I'll get back to that in a moment.) and told to pick up a gift bag. Walked to the next set available and sat down. Oh the seat is hot, like very hot so I used my wet rag to cool it off first and then sat down. You rag can be put over your legs, back of your neck or even on top of your head to cool you down. Your gift bag has a water bottle in there, an apple, chips, and a cookie. Our driver informed us that he had more water bottle if needed and could re-wet the rags. Then we were off. Our driver had a ton of information to share to us during our trip up and down the river. It was relaxing and fun to learn all this about the Hoover dam and the mighty river.
