The tour was absolutely amazing. From the moment we got there and got on the bus to take us down to the raft. It was top-notch customer service. The actual time on the raft was amazing and we learned so much about the Hoover Dam. I would highly recommend this tour. Just wonderful.

We had the best time on this tour! Kathleen, Cordero, Marty and Esteban were fantastic! They were all super knowledgeable, but also down to earth. I'm very scared of water, love dry land, but I was so happy I went. The driver that took us there Victor was very knowledgeable about the Lake, the river the whole drive there he explained every detail of caves, dynamite, and how they put the pipes for water to come down. So much I can't remember it all. Same with our tour guy. It was so relaxing and we seen mama sheep and her baby. We got to walk around for a while and seen a cave with hot springs water, very nice. Beware the clothing is optional 😆. Had a wonderful time thank you 👍.

Great tour, they provided transportation from the lodge and gave us facts about the Hoover dam, on the raft they had snacks and water for us, very informative tour. Kids got in the water and had a great time. Highly recommend!

We could not go on this trip because of the weather. However the customer service was fabulous. Our refund was processed immediately. The representative was professional and very kind. She was apologetic about the cancellation, even though she could not control the weather.

We had a blast on our Hoover Dam raft excursion! Our van driver, Victor, was a treasure. Our boat driver, Russ, was friendly and informative.
This is the best way to experience the Hoover dam. They had snacks and plenty of cold water to stay hydrated on a hot day. We came away with awesome photos and an unforgettable experience.

This excursion was amazing! Our guide Sarah was phenomenal. To experience the dam in all its glory from the bottom was breathtaking. Our swim break in the Colorado River was exhilarating. Ten out of ten would definitely do again.

We had an amazing time! Sarah was a wonderful tour guide. There is no shade on the boat (hot in June!) but ice water and cold towels for your neck were provided and kept everyone comfortable. There’s an opportunity to wade in the river so wear clothes that can get wet! Highly recommend!!

I'll start with the good.... the experience was lovely. I've now seen the Dam from the top and now river view. It was hot, but not unbearable thanks to the cool towels for our necks and the cold water provided. They also provided us a little back pack full of snacks that was a very nice treat. The downside was our guide Russ. He started the tour with a flippant attitude. He acted like he was going to throw a bucket of water in my friend and she asked him not to. His response was "oh someone in a raft ride that doesn't want to get wet, I'll still have fun anyway. " I found that remark totally uncalled for. Then my other friend brought an umbrella with her to protect her skin from direct sunlight due to her medical reasons. Russ told her she couldn't use the umbrella due safety reasons. She immediately put it down but Russ continued to lecture her about the safety risk of umbrellas on a raft. She told him she already put it down and his response was "I can turn the raft around and you can go back on the bus." I took that as a threat and again it was totally unnecessary. Russ also made another sarcastic remark about people not wanting to have fun but he's have fun anyway. We all were there to have fun and enjoy the experience, but we're immediately greeted with a less than tolerable guide Russ. The views were amazing and I would do this again but I'd NEVER take this tour again with Russ. His "humor" (what he called it) was off putting and could have ruined my experience had I allowed it to. But, I was committed to enjoying my day despite Russ. And if Russ sees this review, I'm the black lady with the afro that sat in the middle seats section. Kell and Ali were the ones you were rude to. Also, we paid to hear the history of the Dam and not his own personal life stores. Less is more where that is concerned.

It was awesome from start to finish. The coach driver down to the river was informative, whilst driving carefully! Sarah, was fun, lots of facts about the dam, river and wildlife. It was extremely hot. Cold towels were provided and we did stop in the shade occasionally. Had a paddle in the Colorado, which was very cool. Very good value for money.
Just one small thing. The hotel we met at is easy to find but has two main entrances as it is huge! Perhaps put in the info which door to head for. This time it was the entrance on the left of the hotel.

If you really want to know the history of the dam and not tour the river much, this is a good ride. We sat in the boat and didn’t move for 45-60 minutes. When they did finally move down river we only went like a mile.

The staff was very friendly and informative being at the base of the Hoover Dam was pretty cool and being on the water was lovely. The only thing I wish I knew is that this boat doesn’t really move very far from the dam so it’s not a boat ride.

Victor picked us up at the lodge and drove to the Dam; he was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. David was our captain; he was very knowledgeable and super entertaining. The entire experience was awesome. Bring water shoes to stick your feet in the water to cool off.

We took the postcard raft tour. It was awesome. There was a bucket of wet towels so everyone could stay cool (you get a Clean one when you get on board). Ice water is on board. Life jackets will fit anyone. Anyone can do this raft tour. Brian was our van driver, very knowledgeable. Kathleen was our tour guide. She packed the tour with information and answered every question. 1 stop to swim, sit on the back to get off and on. 10/10 recommended this raft tour. Wear a hat. Put on sunscreen. Enjoy your day.

We had friends from out of town that have always wanted to see Hoover Dam. This is a very fun and informative way to see it. The van driver and the boat driver were wonderful. If it's hot outside, sit in the front so you can get some splashes of water.
