Our pilot was great. Knew a lot about the history of Grand Canyon events, community news and was polite and informative. Suggest to anyone to take a ride! Total experience was worth the price. Aiden was our expert pilot. Thanks for a perfect flight and life experience.

This was hands down one of the highlights of our Vegas trip! The Grand Canyon west rim helicopter tour was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, and seeing the Grand Canyon from the air is something I’ll never forget. It was such a unique way to experience it and honestly exceeded all of our expectations.
A huge shoutout to our pilot, Eric, who was absolutely amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience so much fun. He made us feel completely comfortable while also pointing out all the incredible sights along the way. You could tell he genuinely loved what he was doing, and that made the experience even better.
The whole experience was incredibly smooth and well organised, and the views were simply unbelievable. If you’re visiting Vegas, DO THIS TOUR! It’s worth every penny and something you’ll be talking about long after you leave.
And if you’re lucky enough to get Eric as your pilot, you’re in for an absolute treat! 🚁❤️🏜️

First helicopter flights are always special, and we’re thrilled yours was such a great experience! A smooth ride and a knowledgeable pilot make seeing the Grand Canyon from the air even more memorable.
I bought my ticket early the day of the trip for me and my daughter. The pick up point was Treasure Island any only time showing on receipt was 1345. Alittle confused I went to Bell Clerk to make sure where and when pick up was. She said at 1345 in front of building. We waited in our room doing nothing till I got the call saying I missed the pick up and there wasn’t enough time to make it at that point. Plus told no almost $900 refund because out of 24 hour window. It’s crap!
It's the experience of a lifetime! The views are awe inspiring and the pilot gives an excellent narration.
Great experience. Emma was a great pilot and guide and was patient with me while getting in the helicopter. I had a knee replacement and it took a few tries to get situated. I was grateful for the step stool. I did wish that it was cooler on the helicopter but it was a hot day. The picnic basket snack and drink was very refreshing.

It was a wonderful experience to fly above the Grand Canyon and see this marvel of Nature up close. Our pilot, Mitch, has been a great guide and a very friendly companion.

This trip was amazing! We booked the west rim Ariel tour and were upgraded when we arrived at the terminal. For no extra charge they upgraded us to a 2hr west rim tour with landing and champagne toast!
Raffael was superb! He was so knowledgeable and made us laugh. He was considerate and made us feel very safe. He was willing to answer all our questions and he made the experience awesome.

We loved this adventure. Jeremy is an awesome pilot and kept us very informed through the journey. The scenic tour shows off great views of the Hoover Dam ,Lake Mead and the Grand Canyon. Loved it and certainly recommend this adventure.
Road trip experience from the UK with my son. Company friendly and easy to deal with. Issue with our flight cancelled on the day, but offered an alternative later same day with upgrade available including front row seats with the Pilot. A once in a lifetime experience.
You have to see it for yourself words can’t explain what your eyes will have you feeling. We will be coming back and doing the night ride over the strip.
I couldn't get over the shuttle experience. We were scheduled to meet at the Golden Nugget at 11:35 and was called by our driver at 11:32, who was wondering where we were. We were at the Golden Nugget struggling to navigate where the bus was parked. The driver was incredibly unhelpful on the phone, too busy threatening to leave us behind because he "had other people to pick up" to describe the color of the shuttle and which street he was parked on. Hung up on me twice. Ended up arriving at the spot at 11:38 just to be greeted by "I was just about to leave". Then we had to wait 40 mins at the airport for our late helicopter which I honestly wouldn't have minded but after being reprimanded for being 3 minutes late, the irony didn't sit well with me. A $600 helicopter ride should include a 3 minute grace period for being late. Especially since we wouldn't have been late if he could've given us the directions he gave us on the first phone call instead of the third. Wouldn't even tell me the color of the vehicle to look for until I saw it and asked if it was red. Im still flabbergasted.
Leaving 30 minutes later than everyone but arriving back at the airport at the same time was suspicious. We asked the other people on the bus, who paid the same amount, what their experience was like and they got lunch and got to stop in at the base. My tour didn't advertise any of that but it feels like we were ripped off anyway since we paid the same price.
Just didn't love the way this company operated.

I didn’t get to see the Hoover Dam due to the side of the Helicopter I was on , so was hoping we were fly over it again on the way back . But overall it was awesome .

The pilot was not personable at all. I describe her as cold with a chip on her shoulder. I was more than ready for the tour to end. My sister loved the natural elements and awe of the Dam and Grand Cayon, but received the same reception from Sidney, the pilot.’

The sheer scale of the desert & Lake Meade is awesome, and then the Grand Canyon itself beats all of that - it is huge…

We had a great helo flight over Hoover Dam and then out to the west rim of the Grand Canyons. We had Dylan as our pilot and he was fantastic.
Outstanding! We did the 70mins flight and the views were mind blowing! We will definitely do it again and for a longer flight next time!
