Very cool seeing the area from the helicopter. We felt extremely safe and relaxed during our experience. Guide was calm and knowledgeable of the area.

They did not call because they have no phone contact...
I do not understand

After reviewing our call logs, we called you on October 28, 2024 (a full week before your tour) and on November 3, 2024 (the day before your tour) to notify you of an extended maintenance event which we could not forecast, and which was out of our control.
The aviation maintenance industry has been significantly impacted since COVID with 90% of the shops that perform engine overhaul having gone out of business, creating extremely long wait times for which no forecast or finish date is provided.
With regard to reimberursment of charges, we do not collect any funds from customers who purchsae tickets on this platform. We notified the 3rd party reseller from whom you purchased the tickets that the tour did not take place and to refund your money. Please review the terms and conditions regarding reimbursement timing, which you agreed to when you purchased your tickets through that 3rd party reseller, as they are the ones who had your money and they are the ones responsible for returning it to you. They confirmed to us it would be returned, at which point it was out of our hands. I have confirmed it was in fact refunded to you on the intended date of your tour, November 4, 2024.

They called us when we were in our one day rental car to cancel our tour and wanted us to move it to the next day. They said they had to do maintenance on helicopter, we were very disappointed

We apologize for the timing of our call. We have no control over mechanical failures and must respond in a manner consistent with regulations for the sake of safety for the flying guests and the general public. We attempted to remedy the situation by rescheduling, however your schedule did not work. You were refunded the price of the tour according to our terms and conditions when you purchased the ticket. The rest is beyond our control.

Tour company and staff are kind and professional. Pilot was knowledgeable, easy-going, and friendly. Memorable experience to see Lake Tahoe from this point of view. Pilot pointed out places to hike, kayak/paddle board, and beaches worth visiting. It was a smooth ride with gorgeous views. Highly recommend this company and this tour. Definitely worth the cost, remember to tip tour company if you enjoyed your experience.

This helicopter tour was a 40th birthday present for my husband. Our 3-year-old son and myself were supposed to join, but our son was too anxious. So, we waited for them at the airport. My husband is a licensed fixed-wing pilot and certified flight instructor. So, he is not easily impressed. When we met him at the airport, he went on and on about how great it was. He had fun with the pilot, Matt, and said the views were incredible. It costs $75 to ride the Heavenly gondola round-trip. Put your money towards a tour like this instead!

It was just perfect! We were scheduled for 4PM but they were able to get us in 30 minutes early! The 20 minute ride was more than enough! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Loved it!

Our helicopter ride was most memorable and exciting. Matt and Bryce were very professional and accommodating and showed us a phenomenal time. I told us very interesting facts about Lake Tahoe, showed us a home that was worth $100 million, most expensive house in America. Made us laugh tipped us sideways so we could get a better view of the little coves and waterfalls. Gave us probably 10 minutes longer than we paid for a trip and it was thrilling to say the least. When we went back to the office we bought sweatshirts to remember the event and they’re wonderful beautiful! I can’t say enough about this trip and Matt and Bryce we tipped them well 😎
