Jenn is an exceptional guide. She knows the area extremely well and was a font of information about the botany found on our walk as well as the history of the general area. She provided a very tasty and fresh snack. Jenn is a very happy and physically fit individual who clearly loves her job. I would highly recommend this hike.

The aerial views of the lake, bay, and surrounding woods from the trails were absolutely stunning! I appreciate her enthusiasm and knowledge as a guide and photographer, not to mention the delightful picnic of snacks including nuts, freeze dried strawberries, and hot chocolate. Jen was a great hiking tour guide. She knew lots of great spots to show us around Emerald Bay and Lake Tahoe with the best photo opportunities. She took tons of photos and sent them to us before we even got back to our hotel.

Amazing!!
There isn’t enough words to describe how amazing the experience was.
The guide (Jen) went above and beyond. The hike showcase great views, the history of Emerald Bay and local wildlife. We never could’ve hoped to have found and seen half the stuff that a local guide could show us.

My family and I had such a wonderful time hiking with Jen down to Emerald Bay. The trail itself was beautiful, with breathtaking views that made every step worthwhile. This wonderful experience was captured by Jen as she took several special photos so we could enjoy the moment.
When we reached the bay, we enjoyed fresh fruit, nuts, and homemade lemonade that was absolutely refreshing! It was such a simple but perfect touch that made the whole outing feel both relaxing and memorable.
Overall, it was a truly great experience—beautiful scenery, great company, and the kind of little details made the hike unforgettable.

Terrific local guide. Very knowledgeable about the area and attentive to hikers needs. Also provided delicious snacks: lemonade, trail mix and fresh strawberries. Gave us a great list of local places to visit. We visited Falling Leaf Lake, which is gorgeous! A must see. Hire this guide!!

My adult sons and I celebrated Mother's Day late by hiking at Emerald Bay with Jen as our guide. She took us to several places with stunning views. She provided snacks and home made lemonade. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I will definitely be booking with her again.

Jen, was the most amazing guide, my wife and I did our first 2 mile hike and finished it very proud. Jen was very understandable that we were beginners, took our time went our pace, never rushed us, made sure we stopped to rest if we needed to. The views were just amazing, gave us some history. For being first time visitors to the Tahoe area even messaged us afterwards recommendations to eat and go sight seeing, all the pictures she took of the us and the hike were perfect and incredible. Lemonade and snacks were very good as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to take this hike with Jen

The hike was a wonderful experience. Jen, our guide for the hike gave us instructions what to prepare and what to expect in advance through email. I reach out to her for specific meet up location and she responded quickly. Jen has a very good knowledge of the sights as far as our eyes can see. JEN IN AMAZING! My first time snowshoeing in Tahoe and absolutely loved it. Amazing communication from the moment of confirmation. Clear and accurate directions on where to meet. We had access to untouched snow and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Jen is full of knowledge and is kind enough to share. She took photos for me to capture special moments which i appreciate. The hike is highly recommended and is a great way to start the day. I will be back!!. Best part was the hike is in the morning and Jen provided healthy snacks and hot cocoa- a thoughtful gesture enjoyed with stunning views. Thanks Jen !!
