Highly recommend this trip. I appreciated being on a smaller boat with less people, instead of a large party barge. The captain plus staff were very friendly and kept us in calmer water, while still allowing us to have great views of the sunset. It was a perfect night for sailing! I also chose this trip because I have Celiac disease, and the wine tasting, gourmet cheeses, plus fruit were all things I could consume safely and enjoy!

We can honestly say in looking at the other boats out there, we were the most intimate and cared after group of people. On a personal note, the company went “overboard” ( pardon the expression) in satisfying my limited mobility issue. Just a great time and best sunset pictures you will ever take!

Fantastic trip. Captain JP and First Mate Deb were awesome in every way. The beverages and snacks were outstanding and the sunset on our trip was spectacular. Couldn’t have been better. The Echo 2 was very comfortable.

Beautiful small boat cruise! We were so glad we weren’t on the 75 person plus cruises. Cheese, wine, fruit, bread and other amenities were excellent. And Capt. Eddie and his son Milo added to the fun 3 hour tour.

JP and Simone were fabulous. Loved the small boat feel. Had 11 of us…plenty of room to sit. Several wine choices. Cheeses fruit and crackers were great.

This was a wonderful sunset sail that I highly recommend you don’t miss. A good amount of various wines to choose from that were really nice. The cheeses were also varied and paired nicely with the wine. The captain and shipmate were amazing, we felt safe and it was just the perfect evening.

This is one of the best experiences of any of our recent trips. JP and Sara made us feel like first class guests! They offered to take our pictures, kept our drinks full, and were engaging and fun. JP frequently changed the ship direction to help us capture the light perfectly. This is a memory of a lifetime.

The captain was very nice and welcoming,however, we did not go on the cruise because the catamaran was significantly smaller than described which made me very anxious to attempt the ride.

We’re were very disappointed that you decided not to join the other passengers, who had a spectacular sunset sail that evening.
But your concerns were unfounded and very unnecessary. Our many other extremely satisfactory reviews never listed an issue with the description of the vessel. Our vessel is inspected and licensed by the US Coast Guard, and was much less than half full that evening, so everyone had about 4 seats to spread out on.
It is quite unfair to the Echo crew to harm them with a 1 star review for a 2 hour harbor sail that you never even stepped onto.
So to be totally fair, you should retract this review.
You never even gave us the opportunity to calm your fears and show you a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Echo has a perfect safety record for over 30 years.
You missed a beautiful, comfortable and safe Champagne Sunset Sail that evening.

We had a wonderful time on the sunset cruise. The guides JP and Vitale were friendly, helpful and fun. The highlight was a great sunset and even though they said we probably would not see any dolphins we did. Would highly recommend for a small group as we were with our friends and had a blast.

It was cancelled because of heavy winds. The operator did not inform viator and told us to do so. Not that easy. Although I have been writing emails, viator dies not seem to notice.

We’re sorry that we have had a tsunami of cancellations and refunds earlier this week because of the relentless winds. While some other boats went out anyway, we would rather cancel reservations than to take our guest out for a bad experience in rough conditions. But since we canceled your reservation too, we are surprised to hear that you have not yet received your refund. Unfortunately we never heard directly from you about this issue. Also, we cannot identify here which reservation is yours out of the many canceled reservations earlier this week. So the quickest remedy now is to call the direct Viator number that we shared with you to get your refund right away. We were all disappointed by Mother Nature’s extreme conditions this week, but we hope you still had a good time in Key West without us.
