This was a really great experience. You are literally speeding around following your awesome guide JoJo who knows the waters like the back of his hand. Great fun and unbelievably beautiful scenery. This is not to be missed! The boat is very easy to drive!

It was nice to see the area from the water, didn't see any dalphins nor turtle's,...we never received our pictures even after several attempts, someone really needs to give us a call to resolve ....

For safety, our Mini Catamaran Eco Tours operate in open water, and when winds reach certain levels it can make the experience unsafe or uncomfortable for guests. In those cases we make the decision to cancel rather than risk putting anyone in rough and unsafe conditions. Guests in these circumstances are always offered a refund or the chance the reschedule. Thought this was supposed to be an eco tour to a sandbar and also through mangroves. We just rode on open wavy ocean with only stopping twice for a few mins. Was ok but not what we expected

This was a good time, the boats are cool and it was a great way to get on the water. Just beware that the write up is misleading about certain things. It clearly states that you will go to a sandbar and “feel the sand between your toes”. We did go to a shallow sandbar and cruised around over it but never got off to swim or snorkel. When I asked the guide about it, he said it was a lot of work when they have more than 1 or 2 boats. We had three. I am sure he is right, but they need to adjust their description of the activity.

Great experience. Some boating experience is helpful. Guide was very patient with everyone. Lots of sun, waves but didn’t get wet. Able to wear regular clothes and water shoes. Lots of birds but no other creatures.

We had a great time!! Our guide was the best!! We had a group of mixed boating experiences and he did a great job from dealing with the beginner with no experience to the most seasoned.

Great tour for experienced boaters or novices. Guide explained very carefully for people like me who have never driven a boat before, and the other people involved who had experience seemed to have fun as well fairly quick learning curve.

Our guide, Jo Jo, was excellent. Victor was not good. We booked through Viator and everything was fine until we were three minutes from this excursion when Viator called and said they were canceling our excursion. I told the person this was unacceptable as we were almost there already and the Uber costs us $20 each way. The guides at the location were nice and said 3 of the machines were broken down and they informed Viator the previous day. Jo Jo came and said we could still go on the lone working two person catamaran and he would lead with a jet ski if we'd like to. We agreed and completed the excursion. Viator needs to have better communication with their customers in a timely manner.

The boat had mechanical issues and could not keep up with the other boats. We were supposed to go to 4 different places over the 2 hrs, that did not happen. The tour did not go on the side of key west we expected. The area that was the “mangroves” had no wild life. We went out and stopped and were told we were in the deepest area of the sandbar, no actual sandbar to walk on, no getting off the boat, nothing pristine about where we were. No secluded back country islands. No wild life encounters. A total waste of money and time on vacation!

Captain Jo Jo was amazing! He's very knowledgeable about the area, wildlife, etc., and provided helpful information/tips during our tour.
I have a disability with core strength and balance, so was very worried about getting in and out of the mini catamarans. He was very kind and made me feel comfortable.

I am extremely disappointed with how my recent situation was handled. Due to circumstances completely outside of my control, I was unable to move forward with the service I paid for. Despite explaining the issue and providing context, I was denied a refund.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I did everything on my end in good faith—yet instead of understanding or flexibility, I was met with rigid policies that fail to take into account real-life situations. It feels unfair to be penalized for something I had no power over, especially when customer support should be about problem-solving and empathy.
This experience has left me feeling that the company values profit over fairness.

Boats are stable and fun. Real close to the water and easy to handle. Dry box on board for your personal stuff.

Our tour was made special because of the amazing guide Jojo. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient I am a disabled Veteran and he made everything easy for me by going the extra mile. One of the best guides I have ever encountered. Kayaks were surprisingly comfortable and easy to operate..

Jojo was outstanding! I’d give him 10 stars! He was awesome. Our problem is with the company that owns this tour! We called them the night before stating the weather was going to be bad and we wanted to cancel, they did not let us and told us they would cancel if they felt necessary due to weather. The morning of the tour, it was dark, gloomy and ominous out. Jojo said, since it’s not raining to come on down as we would proceed with the tour. Once we met up with Jojo, he agreed the weather was terrible and it would definitely rain but due to the rules of the company, we had to either reschedule (which we could not do as we were leaving Key West) or go out and risk it but he would do his best to stay ahead of the rain. Jojo did his best but it ended up pouring and was freezing, we had to drive through the rain to get back in. Jojo was amazing … just following his rules. He said he would put a request in to get us at least a partial reimbursement. It’s only been a day, but no money has been reimbursed. I think it would have been a great tour - had the tour company been reasonable. If we don’t get a refund within the week, I will file a complaint with Viator.

Great experience with Captain JoJo. Small group size with a great guide, would do it again. Comfortable vessel not too small or too big, easy to operate. Unfortunately did not see any sea life this time!

No prior experience needed - the Craigcats are like fast little go-karts for the water. A fun time riding through the waters. Unfortunately didn’t see any marine life on our trip, but that’s never a guarantee - and that didn’t put a damper on the activity at all! Our guide gave us a lot of freedom to be on our own for awhile as well.
