What a great experience!! The whole excursion was beautiful peaceful scenery. Jade was very knowledgeable about the area and everything we were looking at. He was a fantastic guide! I would 100% do this again and would recommend!

We had a lovely evening for a paddle. Our guide was nice, but didn’t really have a plan for our route. The lights on the kayak didn’t illuminate the water as shown in the advertisement. We could’ve done the paddle on our own & skipped the tour. It was a bit disappointing. The guide, Lily, took our pictures while on the water but never sent them to me. All in all, it was a nice trip but not intended for someone who already has kayaking experience.

First to establish remediation:
On the occasion that Lily is the guide, she has been directed to not change the route.
Underwater lights will be fully charged before each sunset tour.
We will ask to use a personal camera for group photos so kayakers are sure to have them, and if other moments are captured, the guides have been instructed to send them as soon as the tour has finished.
I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations during your night with us. We fell short of our usual standards for organization and follow-up this evening. To help make things right, I have processed a full refund for your excursion. Again, we apologize and strive to make things better for future paddlers!

Had an amazing experience with Jade. He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and marine life. Explained about the mangroves and the ecosystem. Saw abundance of fish, birds, and as well as a mamma and baby manatee. Highly recommend!!!!!

Jade was an incredible guide!! He was super knowledgeable about both the creatures on land and in the water. He was able to explain about the mangrove ecosystem. He took his time to point things out and make sure everyone saw things. He thought of everything and even had extra bug spray. I highly recommend this tour!

MUST BOOK⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️this was the best kayaking experience my wife and I have ever gotten to enjoy together. It’s really the company you’re in that makes any experience really great and Jade is an extremely knowledgeable, personable, and welcoming guide that is perfect for this trip. He’s an expert in his craft and guides you wonderfully through the area giving you a ton of insight and history unlike any other guide out there. Words cannot explain how much I would highly recommend this guide, perfect for any family, friends, or relationships/couples passing through this beautiful area of the keys.
