The experience of going to Pearl Harbor and taking the time to honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice on December 7, 1941 plus visiting the museums, submarine, walking the grounds and reading what is there, is worth the day. Our Tour Guide Mr. Clyde William was very knowledgeable and conducted an excellent tour. The tour of Honolulu was also an eye opener and we throughly enjoyed this 1 in a lifetime experience.

The ride was bad. Truck was not running good. Driver was not informative. Purchasing was led to believe I purchased the whole experience. But had to pay extra at the memorial. Was a self tour. No guide.

What a great experience. Visited Pearl Harbor and USS Missouri before a trip around Honolulu.
Pearl Harbor is a must for everyone. Somber, emotional and very reflective of sacrifices given by all those members of our military branches.
Our guide, Cousin Miah, was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with all our questions while educating us on all things Hawaiian - he's a great history teacher.
Definitely recommend this tour and ask for Cousin Miah.

Shuttle was over 30 minutes late to pick us up
Also would not pick us up at our hotel
The driver not a fan of the military based upon his comments Being a veteran I found this especially offensive also not much of a tour more or less dropoff and pickup

The day before the tour, which we had booked weeks in advance, they changed our time to 6:00am without asking. This is not okay since a lot of visitors are island hopping, getting off a cruise, etc. In our case, it was annoying to get 3 kids up and out the hotel and to the meeting point by 6:00am...there is ZERO chance we would have ever booked a tour that met at 6:00am!
This was not an actual tour...it is a very expensive taxi/uber ride. Our bus driver dropped us off in a parking lot across from the Memorial, never got off the bus, and we did the rest by ourselves...we did notice that other tour busses, the tour guides got off the bus, walked their guest through, and even took pictures for them.
Lastly, while our guide was informative about historic sites and local customs during the ride to/from, a lot of her other comments were highly inappropriate...at one point she mentioned that Covid impacted the islands, which was fine, but then went off on a tangent about how "Covid was a man-made big pharma scam". Then she talked about how the "rich pigs stole/are stealing land from locals". I did not pay to hear this nonsense, at 6:00am, especially in front of my kids.
We will not rebook with this company.

We did not change this schedule and followed the instructions provided at booking. We apologize for any inconvenience this early pick-up caused.
