If your are a first time Segway user, Mike will make sure you know what you are doing, he will make sure your are comfortable. We had such an enjoyable time, learning things about this wonderful area. Mike made this such an enjoyable, fun, activity. Thank you!! Mike was AMAZING!!
Michael guided us snd he was great. A fun activity. The new river walk is very vivid and nice. Thanks michael.
We were the only ones booked and he gave us a private tour that ended up being almost two hours! Was lots of fun, he showed us all the cool facts and sights!
The tour was great. Mike was our tour guide and since we were returning customers he did a different tour so that we could have a new experience. Mike ir great and I advise this tour because it is really fun.
Our tour guide, Mike, didnot follow the tour itinerary.....he only took us around the river walk and showed us some millionaire homes....he got carried away in telling us stories of trees and had lost us in the first 15 mins of the tour itself.
Nevertheless, he was a good trainer and trained us to drive our segways well....we enjoyed the drive on the segway but truly regret that he didnot follow the itinerary, which was what primarily attracted me to the tour.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed riding the Segways and that Mike made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident before heading out.
After reviewing this internally, our understanding is that Mike actually extended the experience beyond the standard route and time window in an effort to give your group additional value, including extra stops and complimentary photos/videos. His intention was to create a more personalized and memorable experience—not to shorten or take away from it.
That said, we understand that expectations around the advertised itinerary are important, and we’ll continue emphasizing that with our guides so guests know what to expect.
We appreciate you joining us and are happy to hear you still enjoyed the Segway experience overall.

Great tour. Great history lesson. Thank you tour guide Mike. He had us mastering the Segway in minutes.
Our tour guide Michael was amazing very knowledgeable, friendly and overall a great guy. We had a blast.
Mike our tour guide was phenomenal. He gave us great history of Fort Lauderdale, education about the amazing trees and beautiful tour of the waterfront and neighboring areas.
Mike Pineda is a great guide. He is so knowledgeable about the history of Fort Lauderdale, the founding families and especially the trees. He was very patient with instructing us on the Segway. We had a blast! Highly recommend!
It was a wonderful experience. Great time! Relaxing and informative. Can’t wait to do it again. So fun!
Chris was a great guide! And no bull… if he doesn’t know the answer he’ll will not comment like he knows it all.
Super guide +
Great way to tour the riverwalk. Chris was a great segway instructor and tour guide. We were glad we signed up for this one.

Thank you for the great review! 😊 We’re so glad you enjoyed touring the Riverwalk with us. Chris does a fantastic job making sure everyone feels comfortable on the Segways while sharing some great stories along the way. We appreciate you choosing our tour and hope to see you again next time you’re in Fort Lauderdale!
Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. Saw lots of things and had plenty of stops for pictures etc
Only thing I think would have improved this is to have intercom receivers so everyone could hear what he was saying along the route. We've done tours before and had these and they were so useful, while driving we had raised curbs or pothole directions told to us all, but also had pointers along to look at, rather than always waiting to stop.

Thank you for the thoughtful review! 😊 We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the tour and that Chris made the experience both friendly and informative. He does a great job showing guests around while making sure everyone stays comfortable on the Segways.
We also appreciate the suggestion about intercom receivers. That’s great feedback, and we understand how helpful that can be on some tours. Because we operate on city sidewalks and paths with varying conditions, our guides often gather the group at stops so everyone can clearly hear the information and stay focused on riding safely while moving.
Thanks again for joining us and for the helpful suggestion — we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience. Hope to see you again next time you’re in Fort Lauderdale! 🚀
The guide was very helpful and informative! He worked with each person till they were confident riding the Segway

Thank you for the kind review! 😊 We’re glad to hear you had a great experience. Making sure everyone feels comfortable and confident on the Segway before heading out is very important to us, so it’s great to know the guide took the time to work with everyone.
We appreciate you riding with us and hope to see you again next time you’re in Fort Lauderdale! 🚀
The best tour you can have in Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend it. Very friendly and informative and the Segway is easy to ride.
There were way too many people on the tour. There were 19 people and the line of us was so long I couldn’t hear anything the tour guide said. This should have been divided into 2 tours

Thanks for your feedback. We normally don’t have groups of that size—this was an unusually busy day, and we chose to accommodate guests rather than turn anyone away. Our guide gathers everyone together at each stop before speaking, but we’re sorry if you felt you missed anything. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and we hope to see you next time on our other tours of Fort Lauderdale by Segway, jetski, boats, and our brand new all electric military grade ATV, the EZ Raider!

I have to say Mike was absolutely amazing! He explained e writhing so well! I learned so much about the area and the people who built it up! You have to do it with Mike if you get the chance!!
Absolutely amazing!! I was nervous at first because I’ve never been on a Segway before BUT Mike was a great teacher! He made me feel confident and in no time, I was a pro! The beautiful scenic view, the history lesson that we were given and the TREES!! I will never look at one the same way! A big thank you to Mike for being so great and making this such an informative tour!
First, Michael is careful to make sure all are ready to ride safely! Then, he’s a wealth of knowledge about the area on our tour! We had an awesome time and would love to do it again. 👍👍
Mike was very passionate about sharing his knowledge and love of the area. He did a wonderful job showing us the Venice of America. I was new to riding a Segway. Mike did an exceptional job helping me gain skill and confidence to ride.
Review from a rookie: Michael did an excellent job teaching us the basics, safety and historical overview about all things Venice of America. First, he taught us all about Segway safety, how to ride, what not to do and how to stay safe. Then he took us on a fairly long tour of the area covering new construction/development, resale homes, yachts, the river, history of the area and trees/plants in the area. If you are a beginner and can get Michael, ask for him. He did an excellent job teaching. He is very advanced so if you are intermediate or advanced I bet he covers that too. But it was our first time.
Great way to learn about little about the city. Our guide Mike was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I have Segway experience but he was on top of it when it came to group safety
Our guide Mike was awesome. He did a good tour and was very caring. Maybe talked to much about trees but was good.
This was such a fun activity. We have 2, 16 year old boys and they loved it. Really great guide, who was informative and made us laugh, great time riding the Segways!
Mike was a great experienced Segway instructor and full of local knowledge.
Definitely recommend this experience.
It was great! Mike was so knowledgeable and really took care of all of the segwayers! Mike was full of interesting tidbits along the way. The Segway was so fun to drive around - I didn't expect it to be that fun to drive one.
Our guide, (fireman) mike was very patient and knowledgeable about the areas we traveled. Would 100% recommend even if you never rode before!
If you’re looking for a really fun time activity, look no further! We are a multi age family, ages 10 to 78. Everyone was able to master the Segway & enjoy the tour. Our guide/instructor was Mike. He was VERY patient especially with those who were nervous. By the end of the 2 1/2hr tour, everyone was zipping around with ease. The itinerary was pretty basic. Mike did stop and point out local wildlife & plants. He also took us through the million dollar neighborhood pointing out famous people’s houses and historic buildings. But…the main event is riding the Segways. Definitely worth the money. Do it!
Mike was a good instructor and made me feel comfortable on the Segway before we left. The tour itself was just ok. We basically rode up and down the riverwalk and through a neighbourhood with nice homes. Mike talked a lot about the influence of the billionaires in the area, his environmental opinions and a lot about trees. He also shared some historical points, but I guess I was hoping to see more of the city with a cohesive explanation of the historical facts and less personal opinion. Regardless, the segways were really fun making the tour worth it.
Mike was a fantastic tour guide! While my wife and I had experience on Segways, it was a first time experience for our two daughters. He exercised a tremendous amount of patience with my youngest while teaching her how to operate the Segway. After the training, she was almost a pro! The tour was educational about the Ft Lauderdale area, and immensely fun. Would highly recommend for families or couples looking to have a fun few hours out!
