    Terrible service :(

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !! They never came to the airport after I gave specifics of our flight and it was delayed . They agreed to be there. We were left stranded and had to use uber which was much cheaper and a better ride . I recommend not using this service !!!

    Dear Nancy, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. After reviewing your booking, we can confirm that your flight was significantly delayed and arrived much later than originally scheduled. Although booking changes are required at least 24 hours in advance, our local operator made every reasonable effort to accommodate your updated arrival information. The driver took your flight delay into account, adjusted his schedule accordingly, and waited for more than three hours in total. During this time, he made several attempts to contact you, but unfortunately received no response. He remained at the designated meeting point for the full complimentary waiting period after your flight's actual arrival. By the time you contacted us, the waiting period had expired and the driver had already departed for his next scheduled booking. We can therefore confirm that the transfer could not be completed due to the substantial flight delay and because the passengers did not arrive at the meeting point within the included waiting period, rather than any failure on the part of our company or the driver.

    O transfer foi bem satisfatório. Tudo ocorreu como havíamos combinado. Motorista estava nos aguardando quando saímos do desembarque, inclusive com uma placa com meu nome. Foi solicito e educado. Nos ajudou com as bagagens . Recomendo o serviço.
