We got there 10 minutes early and were waiting / trying to find the boat and it never came. We got a phone call at 6:15 from a woman saying there wasn’t enough people so they cancelled the boat. Highly unprofessional. We ubered 30 minutes to get there. Do not recommend booking with this company.

I’m so sorry for the frustration with your booking. Unfortunately, the reservation never came through from Viator into our system. Sometimes there are rare technical glitches with third-party sites where bookings don’t show up on our end. This was not intentional on our part. Due to your party only being a group of 2, we were unable to call our crew in under our minimum booking of 10. As I stated on the phone we would give you a full refund, as we did. Side note… Its always best to book direct with a business!

Great time and very fast boat! I enjoyed myself a lot and the captain was young, so it was a bit disconcerting but he was pretty knowledgeable.

What a joke. Not enough people to go they said when we called to confirm their location. No call from them to cancel. No email. No text. Just a “sorry we can’t run today.” glad we called before taking an uber to the marina. They better refund our money or I’ll dispute the charge. Horrible customer service. I’m mad I have to give them 1 star. Stay away from them and don’t waste your time. They don’t care.

Roman, thank you for your feedback. Our confirmation clearly states that if we are below the minimum number of passengers, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a refund. We usually reach out two hours before the trip if bookings are still low. Since you called earlier with a question, I took the opportunity to let you know that the trip was unlikely to run. We also offered to rebook you for a different time or date when we had enough participants. You said you were not able to rebook.
Unfortunately, during this slower season, we don’t always reach the minimum required to operate, and while we’d love to run every trip, we simply can’t do so without covering basic costs. We appreciate your understanding.

I am SO glad we booked this tour. We had such a good time and we couldn’t recommend this trip more. Trent and Savanna were both great, explaining the process and making sure everyone was good. We saw so many dolphins and it was an up close experience too. Not only that but the boat ride itself was so fun. Plus we had a beautiful sunset to end the night. We give this two thumbs way up!

After parking. I arrived to the dock 10 minutes to 7:00. Once I got there I was told that we were not leaving from that location and they tried calling me to inform me (I never got that call). The lady instructed us to walk all the way down to Margarittaville.
She then called someone on the phone and told them that she was sending us their way. She gave us a flyer with a number to call in case I needed help finding the boat. I called the number and she guided us to the dock. Once we got to the dock we learned that the boat had left without us. The lady did refund my money but made it a point to tell me that she didn't have to do it. Her attitude was very rude. She blamed us for not arriving 30 minutes early as if 10 minutes early wasn't good enough. Had they told us to arrive 30 minutes early in the email or given better instructions on where we'd be leaving from, it wouldn't have been an issue. I would never rebook or recommend this business. Unorganized tours with a bad attitude.

At 2:27 PM, we attempted to contact you at the number on file to inform you that the Screaming Eagle boat you were originally booked on had to be taken out of the water for a repair. We wanted to offer you a rebooking on our American Thriller boat, which was scheduled to depart at 7 PM. When you arrived ten minutes before the trip time, I directed you to the Thriller, hoping you could still make it on time as it is about a 7-minute walk to its boarding location.
Unfortunately, due to other customers arriving 30 minutes early as instructed, the boat had to depart at 7:07 PM. We held the boat until 7:05 PM, as we always do for late arrivals, but we also had to consider the other five groups who arrived early.
When you called, I explained that our policy does not typically allow for refunds for missed departures. However, given the boat change and the additional walk, I made an exception and offered you a full refund. I am sorry if you felt i was rude, that was not my intention. Despite our efforts to reach you earlier in the day to rebook, we were unable to connect. We had hoped you would arrive early to catch the 7 PM departure. Even though you missed the departure time, I still agreed to provide you with a full refund.

We had to cancel due to a death in the family… they offered to do another date but we were in the area for vacation and had to leave. I thought they might be understanding and sympathetic to the situation…long story short they would not refund our money. About 150.00 down the drain! 🤨

The captain and co-captain were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were great at locating dolphins, and they gave us a great ride! Also, kudos to the song playlist! This experience was exactly what I hoped that it would be- an up close and personal experience on the water with cool people enjoying a 360 degree view of the bay and all it has to offer. Highly recommended!

Captain Trenton and the Thriller boat made our experience truly magical! We saw to s of dolphins and the sunset was just breathtaking. My kids were talking about it for the next three days. The pick up and drop off location were perfect too because we were able to watch the fireworks from the dock and grab a bite to eat. We will do this every time we come back for sure.

What a fun time! Their website was very clear and booking was very easy to maneuver. We received clear instructions on how to find the meetup point. Once there, Logan & Katie were so friendly and did their best to give us a safe and fun experience. The agility of the boat seemed to make it easier to get close to the dolphins. We were able to see a pod of dolphins!

This experience was truly disappointing. Despite making reservations over three weeks in advance, I received a call just four hours before my trip, informing me that they didn't have enough people and wouldn't be taking the boat out. It would have been much appreciated if they had notified me at least 24 hours in advance, allowing me to make alternative arrangements. It feels unjust that app operators can cancel anytime without consequences, while customers aren't allowed to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

Hello Serg, I am sorry your trip was canceled however, due to the expenses fuel, labor etc, we are unable to run under our minimum. We have this policy included in your confirmation email when you book the trip. We get a lot of bookings throughout the day which is why we give it time to see if the trip will make. We also offer different trip times or a different day that is running. Unfortunately, we cannot help if the customer is unable to reschedule. If we are under the minimum, we give a full refund back to the customer.

It was fun. We had a little bit of a hard time finding the check in. But we called the help number and found it. It started right on time. They found where the dolphins were and we got great video. Trying to snap a picture was next to impossible. I recommend a video. Safety was important as the water was rough and the driver opted to stay out of the gulf. It lasted about an hour on our trip. So Fun.

While this ride was fun and we got to see a lot of dolphins, it was definitely not what we were expecting. I booked it from a listing that says it included wine and snacks and it was a totally different type of boat than was pictured in the listing. The ride was nice and we enjoyed it, but the listing was very deceptive.

Its possible you read a different description of a boat charter that does serve wine. We do allow customers to bring drinks and snacks on board. This cruise was GREAT!! The Captain and his mate were friendly and knowledgeable..took out slowly then went straight to the Dolphins..then he revved up the engine and took us on a fun high speed boat ride around the area we were in..Highly recommend!
