Experience the natural beauty of Santa Rosa Sound at night, without the worry of getting lost, on this guided nocturnal adventure. Paddle in clear tandem kayaks with glow lights and headlamps to see the local flora and fauna in the salt marshes at night. A local guide leads you and a small group for a more personal experience, spotting nocturnal wildlife while sharing stories and facts.

We are located behind the natives cove building. Please park on the west side of the natives cove lot. Take the stairs at the back of the lot and follow the path to the right. Your guide will meet you by our launch behind the kayak rack. Please excuse our dust, Natives Cove is under construction!

- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- One adult per child under 15 must attend. Children under 15 cannot kayak without an adult.
- While welcome paddlers of all skill levels, kayaking can be a physically demanding activity. Winds, tides and weather can all impact the difficulty of the paddle. Please reach out to us to discuss further if you have questions.
- During peak season from April- September traffic in the Destin Ft. Walton Beach area can cause major slow downs. Please leave ample time to make it to our launch before the start of the tour. We cannot hold the tour for late arrivals.
- Due to manufacturers restrictions on the clear kayaks the maximum weight per individual is 250lbs, and the combined weight of any two paddlers cannot exceed 425lbs
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

We loved this tour! Jack and Hayden were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our time in the kayaks. We were able to see tons of little crabs, a few larger crabs, a needle fish and some in the group even got to see a shark (unfortunately, we were farther behind and missed it).
We really enjoyed learning about the area. We would definitely do this again!

Jayme was a great guide with a lot of great information. We saw some fish, crabs, birds and a big snail.

Naomi was wonderful we enjoyed our time on the glow kayaks seen plenty of wildlife on our tour. Stingrays were worth it! She made extra care for our safety on the water at night, Would definitely do it again!

It was so freaking cool I love that you can see all the little sea creatures at night, our tour guide was super chill and nice, amazing I would recommend and definitely do it again

Jaymie was amazing tour guide. I watched her help a mother daughter duo which I thought was amazing. We watched a fight break out and she handled it very professionally. I think the owner she do whatever it takes to keep her. She’s amazing I would recommend the night tour with her. We will be back to do this again!

Was amazing, perfect night and Jamie's knowledge of the area is unmatched. The water rough enough to make it exciting. Jamie made it clear she was prepared for anything. Recommend adding a bike ride or run at the beginning and after for a duathlon expirence.

What we initially thought was going to be *only* kayaking turned into a nighttime nature exploration! We saw so many crabs, shrimps, and fish! Jack was also a great guide, going above and beyond to demonstrate the mating dance of a female blue crab!

Was a great experience! Jayme was very organized and demonstrated things perfectly along with knowing exactly where things were located while kayaking. Was able to see a lot of cool things that she pointed out including a blue crab, hermit crab, fish, stingrays, and more.
The night time paddle in the glow glass bottom kayaks was fun and exciting. Our guide Jack did a wonderful job , he enthusiastically taught us about the islands and wildlife.
The tide the other night was really low do ot took us a min yo get out of the swampy area but Mark saved the day. He pulled and pushed a of us through the swampy area. Our first stop was this island that had a bunch of fiddler crabs and shrimps. We had a great time exploring what the island had to offer. The 2nd stop was another island that had sooo many fiddler crabs. They are so cute! Since we all got stuck and it took us some time to get started Mark took us to see a ship wrecked boat and along the back sides of the islands we visited. It was alot of fun. The glow lights looked really cool through the fog that surrounded us. If you haven't tried this adventure please give it a try. Mark was a lot of fun and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and you can tell he really enjoys leading the way and telling his customers about the islands and creatures.
What a fun activity. We had a great time Jayme is very knowledgeable, very helpful and sweet. She is a great host and she even caught a crab for us. All and all awesome tour. Highly recommend it

Gliding over shells and sea life was amazing. Watching the fish jump was cool too. I do wish some more knowledge about the local ecosystems and flora and fauna were shared. I didn’t learn as much as I would have liked.

Love that it was small group tour and the guide (and guide in training) were very knowledgeable about the area and passionate about the tour and nature/wildlife. It made the experience that much better. Even though a storm rolled in, they were calm and relaxed keeping the group safe and together. They were awesome!!
