    Original Tiki is great Viator not so much

    The tiki boat ride was amazingly!! But i had a reservation for 4 people and due to 2 of the 4 of us being allergic to them I cancelled 2. But VIATOR still charged me. I have called several times to get this resolved but they keep hanging up on me and will not let me speak to a manager.
