Our trip was canceled on a gorgeous day
But it was a 9:30 am trip that was the only time open for days and we only had 3 people to send so they canceled
Sadly that was the big thing they wanted to do on our vacation
So we were able to send them parasailing instead

The experience was awesome and so was the captain!! He was fun, paid attention to us and our needs/wants the entire time. Really sped off so fast as soon as we thumbs up 😂 We got to see a small group of dolphins swimming up close while doing the banana boat!!! Was so cool. I appreciate the captain and I believe his name was something Jayjay..

So much fun!! My kids fell in but they wanted to anyway!! I held on for dear life. JJ was a great captain!!

The Banana Boat ride was so fun! We were driven by Capt. JJ and we had a great time. I’m not sure if it was just me but the salt water burned my eyes so badly, I’d recommend goggles! I’d definitely do this again!

One banana boat wasn’t working so everything was backed up. Had to wait for 2 hours. Felt that when I checked in online a courtesy notification could have been given to notify of the delay. Finally got on the boat and it was cut short…..I’m assuming due to them trying to catch up because they were so behind. Instead of 15 minutes it was 10 minutes. Definitely not worth the $210 spent.

It was fun! We were able to see a sting ray. ‘‘Twas a great experience!
Please put the age group for kids next time. Coz I bought a ticket for my son and unfortunately he was not able to experience it because operator said my son is too young to ride the banana boat.
So I need a refund for his ticket!
