This experience was incredibly different and exciting for us. I love kayaking but it has always been down rivers, this was new and I would certainly do it again. As a couple it was very relaxing and enjoyable.

1 weather event - completely understandable Rescheduled and operator stated that had unforeseen circumstances, Also understandable life happens. Then rescheduled for the third time, two other families waiting with us and no show. No answer to the phone numbers listed. Straight to voicemail.

While the initial cancellation was due to weather and the second was the result of an unexpected personal circumstance, there is no excuse for the lack of communication on the third scheduled trip. Our guests deserve timely updates and reliable service, and we fell short of that expectation. We understand how frustrating it must have been for you and the other families who were waiting, especially after multiple reschedules. Refunds have been processed, and we are reviewing what happened internally to ensure this does not occur again. Do not use this service it is a scam. We were given a location and time to meet at 9:00 pm and no one showed it was a ghost town.

It was a nice evening on the water. Water was calm. The worker was very nice and helpful. Downside- we didn’t see any wildlife besides birds and it is right beside the highway so not exactly peaceful.

There weren't any fish, rays, or crabs as suggested we would see. Paddling in the dark in an unfamiliar area with no guide isn't much fun. The water was clear and we could see the floor of the bay, it was boring after 20 minutes
