This includes: Airports: Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keāhole (KOA) and Hilo International Airport (ITO). Cruise Ports: Hilo Cruise Port and Kona Pier (tender port). General Locations: Kailua Kona, Waikoloa, Waimea, Honokaa, Hilo, Volcano, Naalehu. Accessibility for Sprinter Vans: Pickups are available from all locations on the Big Island that are easily accessible for our 12-15 passenger Mercedes Sprinter vans. If your requested location is not accessible by our vehicle, we will coordinate the closest, most convenient alternative pickup spot possible.
