Dont book at viator or anywhere online. It’s a lot cheaper to book in person on site. Also online might show sold out when it is not in person. Book in person.

The boat was clean there was bathroom they had snacks and drinks it was a great learning experience captain give us a great lesson on Baltimore

Relaxing Harbor Cruise

I enjoyed the cruise. It was a bit chilly at times though. I also wanted the sound system to be a bit more clear on upper deck. The recorded guide had some good information.

We'll have the maintenance team check out the speakers and sound system, as you're not the only one to mention the narration was hard to hear. Due to the elements, we wind up replacing the speakers at least once a season, so it could be time. Sorry for the difficulty that posed to hearing the information.

Great way to see highlights of inner harbor. Comfortable ride. Real down fall is impossible to hear speaker pointing out landmarks. Really need to address

1 star because the cruise was canceled at 120pm due to mechanical problems. We boarded at 1245 and waited... Crew was apologetic, I was sorely disappointed.

With a thermostat warning, we erred on the side of caution, as our guests' safety is our number-one concern -- even more so than glowing reviews (which we do appreciate). We'd like to have Viator refund your booking and to offer you a complimentary cruise so you can experience Watermark in a better light.
