The experience was fun. Staff was very friendly.
The only issue I had was they had seemed to overbooked, and came in twice asking us if we needed more time, before our time ended. We paid for an hour. We were told, “just so you know there are others waiting for a room.”
They did have a group painting on canvas session going on, which is what I would try next time.

This activity was so much fun! My daughter and I had a blast painting (and repainting) our canvases, the walls, the ceiling, and each other! The hosts were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Once they realized were from out of town, they gave us ideas of other places to visit and tidbits of information. They had great music playing the whole time which really pumped up our energy. And they check on you multiple times to see if you need anything or have questions. My daughter and I ended up buying two more canvases to paint half-way through our hour long session because we'd already finished ours, and they let us just pay for them at the end. All in all, a great experience for a very reasonable price, even with our added canvases. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great time. First time ever doing something like this and it was a blast. We were able to play our own music and really make it a personal experience. Would love to do this again with my daughter.

Purchased tickets a few hours before the event only to get there and find out it was completely empty. Lights were off, paint was visible. Called the company to make sure that we were in the right place and see about a refund. No answer. Seems like a complete scam that you would have ticket sales online and then conveniently not answer customer phone calls. If you are not accepting reservations then you should take that availability offline. 0/10

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. It appears your reservation was made for a 9:00 PM slot, which unfortunately is not available as our location closes at 9:00 PM. For this reason, there was no staff available to answer the phone at that time.
As stated in our booking policy, we require all guests to confirm their reservations prior to arrival. Since we did not receive a confirmation, call, or email from you, the booking was automatically canceled and fully refunded.
Our business hours are Tuesday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and we encourage all guests to reach out during those hours with any questions or changes to their reservations. We truly value your interest in visiting us and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you during our operating hours for the full experience you deserve.

Tons of fun. The young lady that owns and operates glow was very helpful. Went with my grandson, 7, and he had a ball. This would be great for a bday party event

The painting was super fun. My bf and I enjoyed it very much especially coming from out of town. Customer service wasn’t that great. Very dry and seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered.

Easy check in, easy instructions. Plenty of time to let the creativity get moving. Loved that you can pump things up a little more with your own music linked to the Bluetooth. Overall great find in Baltimore!

We had a great time. We traveled back in April. I remember being concerned bc the viator directions weren’t clear but the hostess was helpful via phone and came down to meet us at the door.

Memorable and fun! Easy to do and all age appropriate. Only downside is it is not wheelchair accessible due to being in the basement and stairs.

This was a great experience for myself and my daughter. She came to visit me, as I recently moved to Harrisburg PA from Memphis Tennessee. We were looking for something to help us create a memory during our visit to Baltimore and this was exceptional. The artist/owner was amazing and kind. She gave us some tips and then left us to simply create.
I would recommend booking with her for a unique experience and way to express creative energy.

Deja was great and we had so much fun creating our splatter art. She went the extra mile and mailed our art to us since we were in an Uber and couldn’t transport it.
