I really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. Ira was an excellent guide and was able to share so many fantastic facts and history about Baltimore. If staying in Baltimore I recommend this tour early in your stay to get a great lay of the land and recommendations on sites to see more in depth and even some restaurants to try. Ira does all kinds of tours so I hope to take another one when I’m back in town.

Our tour consisted of four people in the tour guy was outstanding. His name was Ira. He was extremely personable. He gave serious knowledge about the history of Baltimore. He took us to areas of town showed us a lot of places to eat, but also gave us the history. we also ended up at Fort McHenry at the end of the tour. It was excellent. The only problem that I had was, I wasn’t able to give Ira a tip cause I didn’t have any change.

Lots of good info about iconic/famous places, but should provide follow-up info about where to go for deeper experiences. On my LAST day in the city I found out about unlimited water taxi use for single ticket price!! And Baltimore self-led online walking tours?!? No mention!! Why didn’t they share these? They show all the important sites with interesting histories, but no suggestions for visiting each spot later for in-depth tour during your stay.

Not much history! Guide talked about restaurants and a school he went to that no longer exists. Very difficult to understand. Became political which was unnecessary. He was full of it!
