Captain Mark was awesome. We had such a great time with him. The lights were beautiful, and everything was well coordinated.
It was a great experience. My husband and I enjoyed it. The children on the boat liked the experience as well.
This was done for the kids. They really enjoyed the ride even though we picked the coldest day to go. They enjoyed picking out the characters and objects.
The boat ride was great and the hot cocoa was delicious. It was cold and they had blankets for us to enjoy the lights.

This was by far the dumbest waste of money I have ever spent a 139$ to see two lights in the water. Not only do they give you free hot chocolate but they also show you houses you cant afford that aren't decorated where there are 0 lights so you are just going around in the dark. You go down the same tunnel 3 times and they aren't even set up properly. The most interesting thing that happened was seeing random ducks in the water that flew for their lives away from the boat. But hey at least they played Christmas music the whole time. The boat rides are 100% not worth the price you are paying not even for two people and I paid for 4. If you are trying to pay for a private boat DONT. I was laughing the whole boat ride with my family because I couldn’t believe what I had paid for it was my first time going and it will be my last. There are more lights on land than in the water I WILL NEVER RETURN ITS NOT EVEN WORTH 20$ to spend

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry about your experience. We do try to make it worth the $20. Hot coca at mozart's is $8.95 per cup, entry into Mozarts is $7. So basically you are going on a $4 for 45 min boat ride. I'm sorry it wasn't up to your expectations or value. This is our first year doing this dynamic and we'll be adding much more lights and another tunnel next year but that all comes with time and a lot of $4 boat rides. Thank you!
Not what we were expecting. There were 2-3 small decorations on the lake and went thru a tunnel a couple of times but that was it. I think it is advertised incorrectly.

I expected to see more houses lit up. The experience was a hit with my company. I'll try it before Christmas next year.
A fun way to get into the holiday mood. Lots of light displays. Blankets and hot chocolate were provided which was good because it was pretty chilly. The captain of our boat was Haiden. He was very nice. The ride was slow and smooth and he played nice Christmas music.
It was an enjoyable experience. I expected more lights, but still had a good time. The blankets, hot chocolate and hand warmers were nice to have.

Thank you for coming our and your feedback. This is the first year of this format and the home owners are not very festive. We will be adding double the floating lights on the lake next year and a synchronized light display to music next year.
The guy driving the boat was awesome & super kind!
Overall there wasn’t many lights and for how much the tickets are i would say it is not worth the money.

We appreciate your feedback. We try to make it affordable for everyone and getting the best package possible. Our tickets include unlimited hot cocoa ($10+/ cup at mozarts) and it includes entry into mozarts festival of lights ($7+ entry cost) plus free hand warmers, water bottles and blankets to use on the boat. So the boat ride was $12-13. We'll be adding more lights next year.
Captain was funny. Views were phenomenal and the hot chocolate and blankets were perfect! Loved the boat decorations.
It is very nice I loved the place but unfortunately I lost my S25 Samsung phone and I am waiting to be called I have important roles there.
