I had the BEST time ever! Purrfecto Cat Lounge is the ultimate cat haven. There were so many cats, I swear it seemed like 30 cats were playing around at one point! The staff were lovely and the lounge was so cozy.
I got to enjoy the sweetest latte while a cat cuddled up on my lap. Heaven! You can tell these cats are properly taken care of. The concept of this place is truly amazing, with these cats all coming from local rescues. They get to come here and socialize, receive amazing care, and find their forever homes. This has become my favorite place in to visit in Austin! Might even adopt a cat next time! <3

My family and I really enjoyed interacting with the spunky cats and kittens! The owner was very personable! I just wish that the facility had more of a cafe vibe.

We also appreciate your feedback about the café atmosphere. While we do serve coffee and a few refreshments, our primary focus is creating a clean, spacious, and enriching environment for our adoptable rescue cats. We intentionally keep the lounge more open and minimalist so we can thoroughly clean and sanitize the space every day while giving our cats plenty of room to play, climb, and interact with guests in a safe, stress-free setting.
Thank you again for supporting our rescue mission. Every visit to Purrfecto helps provide care for homeless cats while giving families and visitors one of the most unique things to do in Austin. We hope to welcome you back soon for more cuddles, purrs, and maybe even a new feline friend!
Had a great time during my trip to Austin! They had soo many cute cats (they said they had over 20) and they were all adorable, active and very social! I had never been to a cat cafe before but this exceeded all my expectations. I loveddd that they were also all adoptable!
This was definitely the highlight of my trip and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin! I will be back next time I’m in town.

Kids under 6 not allowed although made an exception for me. That was extremely kind of them. I was on edge with my little guy but thankful they gave us a chance.

I loved the cuddly cats, welcoming staff at the front counter. Just want to say that even though the neon sign and white and mainly empty floor wasn’t my favourite, it is worth the visit!

We completely understand that our minimalist space may not be everyone's favorite aesthetic. We intentionally keep the lounge simple and uncluttered so that we can maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for both our cats and guests. In a free-roaming, non-crated cat environment, daily cleaning and disinfecting are essential, and the design helps us provide the highest standard of care for our rescue cats.

It was a cute place, the owner was very condescending and rude, she was upset that I booked a party of 8 and not 6 and threatened to charge us $650 if we did it again, my daughter turned 11 and she along with her sister, dad, myself and her cousins still had a great time.
It is in a strip center in a sad part of town. The people were very nice. The cats were adorable. It’s not a cafe. It’s just a room with cats.

We do offer coffee, including cold brew, drip coffee, and iced coffee. More importantly, every visit helps support our rescue mission. We've helped find homes for over 2,000 cats, so by visiting us, you become part of that mission too. Thank you for stopping by, and we hope you'll visit us again!
Super fun experience, the cats of all ages come to you and play. Some will lay next to you, some want to play with toys provided. The smell can be a bit much if you are not familiar. Restroom is clean and, the drink menu is small
