My grandchildren and I enjoyed this small-group tour. Carla was attentive and extremely engaging. She was knowledgeable and provided sufficient time for each location so we didn't feel rushed.

This was such an amazing tour, and I would recommend everyone to go! Clara was fantastic, and knows so much about the area and the history. Thanks so much for such a wonderful afternoon Clara!

This personal tour was very informative and a lot of fun. The guide was knowledgeable and went out of her way to provide a great experience for me, in addition to learning a lot of new and interesting facts. I would highly recommend this tour for an in depth look at Black History and the fight for civil rights.

This was an AWSOME experience. We learned so much about our history and the history of Atlanta. Although a lot of the tour was about Martin Luther King, it was still wonderful. We got to see his beginnings and his end and it was very nice to see. It was also great to learn about the wonderful history of Atlanta and how far they've come from so long ago. To learn what impact the Black African American people had on the uprising of Atlanta was a wonderful thing to hear and see. I would love to bring my family on this tour and I will definitely request Carla to do it. Her knowledge and passion for the city and it's history really made the tour more interesting and made you want to know more.

Highly recommended, It starts at the heart of black quarter in Atlanta next to big bethel church with an experienced tour guide . Visitation of church would have been a plus , after a visit to local area u visit the homes of MLK, ebenezer church. The resting place, library, national park service was closed due to government closure unfortunately… but we left satisfied . I would end it by dinner at Paschal’s.

This tour is nothing short of amazing! Whether you’re a solo travel or with friends and family, you will enjoy yourself. It surpassed my expectations to be honest. From walking around the neighborhood of historical landmarks to driving through significant historical neighborhoods, this tour made me proud feel proud to be an African American. The tour guide Carla made the experience even better with personal stories and connections to historical events and landlords. Definitely give this tour a 10/10!⭐️
