Great introduction tour for first time visitors to city. Highlights all places to visit and also has some very interesting stops on the way.
Our tour guide provided a lot of historical information which also made it more enjoyable and interesting.

Really good driver. Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of the City and surrounding areas. Love seeing all the beautiful homes. Seeing the Martin Luther King resting place and grounds was very special.

The guide Mary was very knowledgeable. We got a lot of recommendations for other cool stuff to see in Atlanta

I was traveling with family who has never been to Atlanta and given our limited time here, we wanted to get a good perspective of what the city had to offer. This was the perfect tour. It is a combination bus and walking tour - something I learned at our initial meeting - which turned out to be a great way to see the city on bus and get a feel for it’s vibrancy while on foot. The tour shows you all of the tourist spots you may want to consider exploring and takes you through all of the neighborhoods, old and young. You get a nice detailed history of the city, its architecture and even tips on the best restaurants to check out by your desired cuisine. Our guide was a wealth of information, great for getting a laugh out of his audience and will even play a little harmonica here and there. Overall, it is well worth the tour if you want to get to know the city of Atlanta. The time flies by given the walking tour stops and opportunities for sightseeing, grabbing a souvenir or a lite snack. Tips: 1- follow the directions for the initial meeting place or you may not find it by address alone; 2-if your guide is Don, make sure you ask him to confirm that you are on the correct tour. He will really love that.

The tour was very informative with several stops and sightings from the bus. Th tour guide was very knowledgeable and even answered questions about the city which was not included in the tour. There were ample restroom breaks and a break for lunch at a food court. The bus driver successfully maneuvered the tight streets. I received a great feel for the city and where to venture out next. The 5 hours were well spent!

Guide Mary and driver Pam were very friendly and clearly knew the area.
The tour itself was disappointing. At times it felt like a real estate tour of nice houses, that didn’t give us much info or a good impression of Atlanta. Other people told us later we missed several landmarks that were not included in the 5 hour tour.

Great job! I recommend this tour to all who want to really enjoy Atlanta. No matter what you like, there's something fun to do.

Don was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide! Pam was an excellent driver. We loved stopping at the MLK Historical Park and Ponce Market.

Overall the Tour is great. Excellent way to learn about the city especially if it is your first time like it was for me. The meeting point was a little difficult to find as there’s not signage outside the building pointing to the tour company’s location but the Guide, Driver and Sites we visited were all positive.

Get there at least an hour early to find the meeting spot. We got there 30 minutes early not realizing that the GPS sent us to the wrong parking garage.
We got lost with all of the different sky walks. We stopped by two hotel desks for directions and was given the wrong information.
The number we had to call the company didn’t work. Thank God, the Guide called us because we were running late now. Eventually, we were able to find the meeting spot.
If she hadn’t called us, we would probably be lost in those sky tunnels today.
The rest of the trip went off without a hitch.
My family enjoyed the tour immensely!

The actual tour was great. I am a person who uses a walker. So, when I got to the tour location there was no way for me to get to the bottom level. There as an escalator, but with the walker I couldn’t use it. The address given was 231 Peachtree St NE. The number is not on the building. I did not know how to get to the lower level from Peachtree street. When I finally found out how to get the elevator down I could not get to the mall because the door was locked.
You need to develop a better policy for Seniors and handicapped people

Educational and Fun 😁. We got crazy amounts of information in a humorous environment. I really feel like I have a good sense of Atlanta.

Don was a wealth of information about Atlanta. There wasn’t a street we passed that he didn’t share history about. My mom loved the information about pop culture icons from decades ago. Even though some of the references went over my wife and I’s head (we’re in our early 30’s) she really appreciated it. Learning the history of the civil rights movement in Atlanta was facilitating. And the Buckhead neighborhood was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guild with Don and Pam was an impeccable driver. Would definitely recommend.

Our guide, Mary, was very knowledgeable and added many anecdotes to the tour. He was very friendly, constantly offered water, and made sure we were comfortable. A 10 out of 10. Lovely lady.

The facilitator was knowledgable, engaging, and entertaining. Although we thought the tour bus was full, there was only one other couple. We enjoyed visiting the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park & museum. However, we would have loved the opportunity to visit the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church as part of the tour. While seeing upscale homes was interesting, I would have preferred spending time exploring additional historical and cultural landmarks Tyler Perry Studio & Jimmy Carter Library. These locations would have provided richer specific history. Decrease stops to multiple food courts. With few adjustments itinerary emphasize more iconic landmarks less time driving residential areas the experience would be more memorable.

Absolutely fabulous tour, we had a GREAT tour and overall experience. Our host Mary was so fun and nice, she knew her stuff and answered all our questions. It was a smooth ride and good navigation with our driver Pam. Overall it was a great day, definitely would book again and recommend to others. Thank you Viator❤️

I found this tour to be of good value as it gave me a great overview of Atlanta City and districts old and new plus Don was so informative and very passionate about his City. The tour content was excellent and I would recommend any first time visitor to Atlanta to take this tour. Also his driver was excellent and very friendly also, thanks Don and Audrey for a great five hours.

The tour guide was informative, but talked too much! One could absorb the information.
Can’t lay blame but van had engine problems and overheated. We were let out on the street and we had a hard time making it back to our parked car, because we did not know where we were. Very frustrating!

Don and Pam did a great job. Thorough tour of Atlanta. Well worth the money. I'd recommend. Had fun!

Tour on air conditioned bus takes you around Atlanta. Great orientation trip with very friendly guide and driver. Good pace with loads of rest room stops and places to get good food.

I really enjoyed this tour. We were able to see and learn about so much of Atlanta. While we only stopped at a few locations, we drove past many other places and our drivers shared interesting information about them along the way. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience even better with all the history and local insights they provided. I also felt very safe with the driver, which made the whole tour relaxing and enjoyable.
It would be impossible to stop everywhere in just five hours, but the stops we did make felt like the ones that mattered most. The tour also gave me a great overview of the city and helped familiarize me with many of Atlanta’s neighborhoods and attractions. Now I have a much better idea of places I’d like to come back and explore in more depth on a future visit.

Great team. The guide was funny, musical, and very knowledgeable! What a wonderful tour. Best way to lean about Atlanta by far!

It’s was great experience From beginning to end. We are locals and learned a lot we didn’t know. Mary and Audrey are wonderful guides.
gloria_b, Dec 2025
Did not stop at places to see anything. Person was doing too much. Stop a food place just to walk around but not eat.
Betty_B, Dec 2025
Lots of historic information. But presentation needs improvement. One couple left early due to this.
Roseann_A, Nov 2025
Great way to get an overview of Atlanta and tour provides stops in some can’t miss highlights. After the tour I eas able to go back to some places where I wanted to toe in more depth.
Kristen_F, Nov 2025
Since our tour was on a Monday morning, it was just four of us, which made for a very nice and tailored experience. Don was fantastic and knew so much history and fun facts about the area - his love for the city of Atlanta shows. I also appreciated his songs and humor, and am glad to have taken the tour to see more of Atlanta than I would have on my own.
jillpramlcsr, Nov 2025
Don was an excellent tour guide and was very acknowledge. And he plays the harmonica and those good songs.
