When we arrived, they...

Jeffrey_S, Sep 2026

When we arrived, they told me that my tickets were invalid despite me purchasing them on the website.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it would be to arrive and be told your tickets were invalid. We’d like to review your booking and investigate what occurred. Please email events@skyviewatlanta.com with your booking confirmation and the date and approximate time of your visit so our management team can look into this and follow up.

Front gate security

Lana_M, Sep 2026

Not to take away from the ride itself but the initial interaction ruined that. I left and came back.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your initial interaction affected your visit. We take guest concerns seriously and would like to better understand what occurred. Please contact our management team, at events@skyviewatlanta.com, with the date, approximate time, and details of your visit so we can investigate and follow up appropriately.

Great Convenience

Desiree_M, Sep 2026

Are tickets bought here with Viator? Made it easy to check in and it reduced wait time for paying. Additionally, the price was slightly lower than the door pricing.

Not worrh it

Heidy_C, Sep 2026

The ferris wheel is located in a remote area. I was not impressed. Nothing to see from up there. Not the tourist area I was expecting.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Hi Heidy, we’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We did want to clarify that SkyView Atlanta is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, directly adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park and within walking distance of several of Atlanta’s most popular attractions, including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and College Football Hall of Fame. Our observation wheel offers panoramic views of the downtown skyline and surrounding city, though we understand that every guest’s expectations may be different. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the experience was not what you had hoped for.

Fun. Quick. Experience.

Lohn_L, Sep 2026

Easy to enjoy the views. Might be better at night time. Perfect for a quick date adventure. Maybe best after dinner. Good top off the night kind of thing.
