We visit 3 of the 5 places yesterday, Civil Rights Museum, Aquarium and Hall Fame. All conveniently located in walking distance. It was easy using the City Pass to enter each attraction.

Last minute booking around Thanksgiving because cousin visited from out of state; tried to squeeze 5 attraction into 2 days due to her visit, which was ambitiousto say the least. Went with parents, sis, cousin and 3 young kids (age 5, 4, 3). Aquarium and coca cola museum were highlights for the kids. The square and Aquarium had lovely Christmas decorations. We don't drink soda, so the tasting room at 8 pm was quite the experience for them 😆They didn't understand the civil rights museum. Zoo day was cold and kids got cranky quick; we spent less than 2 hours at the zoo because of this. Fernbank Museum is a personal favorite. Would probably get this package again in spring when weather is warmer and spread out over 2 weekends.

Three of the featured attractions are city center near centennial park but two would require a car or Uber to access as they are not close to public transportation
Lee_S, Dec 2025
Great value and easy to use. We especially liked the college football hall of fame. It was more of a fan experience than a museum which made it lots of fun’s!
Peng_H, Dec 2025
Great value. My ticket suddenly disappeared After visiting only 4 attractions. Had for reach out to Citypass directly to get it redelivered.
Ellen_W, Oct 2025
CityPass was a perfect way to see several sites and include several attractions within a short period of time.
DouglasN_H, Sep 2025
Good way to see the best places in Atlanta. Check beforehand if places are open. One place was being renovated and we didn’t get to go. Easy access to all with Marta transit.

The City Pass by Viator was a huge hit on our vacation to Atlanta, Georgia! Who wouldn’t want to visit the whale sharks at the Georgia Aquarium or the elephants at the zoo? Trying Coca Cola from all over the world, count me in! Super affordable and well workers it.
kimberly_o, Oct 2024
Never able to access the pass. Paid for an Uber to take me to and from the Zoo, but no matter what I did, could not pull up the barcode needed for entry. No response from Viator on why the link to my tickets isn't working. Very annoyed.

We're very sorry this happened. Have you been able to contact CityPASS Customer Care to see if they can help? If not, I suggest doing so. You can find contact info or chat directly at support.citypass.com.

The guide was very lively and friendly so he kept us all entertained and informed of historic significance of the city buildings. We however did NOT get the group picture that was promised. Send to 360-618-2446 please.

Hello,
It sounds like you may have used another product and not CityPASS tickets. We don't provide tours or group photos; CityPASS tickets include admission to 5 attractions in Atlanta. Just wanted to make sure you knew in case you want to reach out to another company for your photo.

I purchased the Atlanta CityPASS for my 12-year-old son and my trip to Atlanta. The pass included the main things we wanted to do and was cheaper than paying for each attraction individually. We wanted to visit the Georgia Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta, & World of Coca-Cola. Buying the CityPASS was cheaper than paying individually at each location, plus it added two more museums. We visited the National Center for Civil and Human Rights & Fernbank Museum. We did Georgia Aquarium, Civil Rights & World of Coke on the same day, as all three attractions are on the same block. If you choose the College Football Hall of Fame, it's just a short walk from this area. The next day, we went to Zoo Atlanta & Fernbank Museum, which is not within walking distance of each other but is a short drive away. You could easily spread your visits out or pack them in together. We did not have to wait in line to buy tickets and could go straight to the entrance when we arrived. This is the second city I've used a CityPASS in and it's a great way to see the sights affordably.
Chris_S, Aug 2024
The pass is great and gives you access to all the memorable sights in Atlanta and the bonus is that they are all in walkable distance from one another. Well worth it!
Donald_H, Jun 2024
Price and ease of use makes it a no brainer to use! Wide selection of different options to attend is great.
Kendall_L, Jun 2024
The Coca Cola factory and the aquarium were great!! And the price is very good!! The kids had a blast
mcesdavid, May 2024
The only thing that we did not appreciate is the reservation we made for car service to and from the Atlanta airport that got cancelled at the last minute without even an explanation. Good thing it did, because using the Uber is definitely a great plus because it is only about 1/3 of your price.
Response from Host, Aug 2024
We're sorry that happened to you while on your trip! Just wanted to clarify that the car service is not part of nor affiliated with CityPASS tickets.
MaryJane_H, Apr 2024
Money and time saver - two of my favorite things! It was so easy to pull up the QR code for admission. We got into all the attractions we were wanting to visit, and a couple we hadn’t planned on but enjoyed!
Kelly_J, Mar 2024
The Atlanta CityPass was SO easy to use and made me feel at ease visiting all the most exciting places in Atlanta! Worth the money and you save, plus the Zoo and Aquarium at TOP NOTCH
Jonathan_G, Mar 2024
My app and the email did not show my link for access. I had a family friends child with me and his email showed a link he had no trouble. However ours , trouble at every spot.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
We're very sorry about the trouble you encountered. Hopefully you were able to contact our customer care team at CityPASS, as they are able to assist with these types of issues.
Linda_S, Feb 2024
This pass is a great pass to invest in especially if you don’t know what to do when you’re in a specific city. They also have really great customer service. My friend’s phone died on her so we called customer service to ask them to forward her ticket to my email and they resolved the matter in less than two minutes. I would recommend the My CityPASS to anyone that’s going on an extended or short vacation.
Carmen_A, Jan 2024
Easy to purchase and use. We were able to see our top attractions without needing advance reservations.
Amilcar_D, Jul 2023
Well worth it. A bargain when you consider the bundle cost compared to individual pricing. The selection of events/activities are very excellent and entertaining!
Juliet_K, Jul 2023
It was so easy just pull up the text and have them scan it, not having to worry about making sure you have the money to bury the tickets
alex_h, Jun 2023
Easy to use the pass and convenience of having the app on your phone . Easy to purchase the tickets .
Christine_S, Jun 2023
All the experiences were excellent.

Gregory_C, Jun 2023
Good time. Fun locations. Aquarium was impressive and the whale sharks were the best part. World of Coca Cola wa fun
MICHELLE_R, Jun 2023
Aquarium was really nice big shark's. Coca-Cola factory was OK if they had better shot glasses shaped like a Coca-Cola glass. That would have been better it was alright
Camisher_B, May 2023
the tour was very good.. but food at the aquarium was way too high for a place to take family thats ridiculous....
Jennifer_S, May 2023
Well worth the price. We had so much fun. Definitely recommend. The college football hall of fame was cool and the aquarium is a must see.
Sri_B, May 2023
Georgia Aquarium was very nice
